Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth for foundation for pipes, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 2.00 here-in-before but soft rock (for BM/ premix carpet of road)

All as per srl item No. 2.00 here-in-before but hard/ dense soil (for Soling/ WBM road)

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep, getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete as all as specified and directed.

Returning filling excavated material including watering and well ramming etc in layer n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain including use & waste of necessary form work all as specified and directed

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) including removal of debries to a distance upto 250m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. and removal of settled soil but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Only brick/ stone work dismantled under this item shall be measured & paid. (ii) The settled soil, mud in the existing drain shall be cleaned and removed from existing and repaired drain by the contractor and shall be removed upto 50m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor in this item shall be deemed to be inclusive of complete cleaning and removal of mud from existing and repaired drain, and nothing extra on this account is admissible or payable.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) including corbelling and arches where shown on drawings as required complete including the joints pointed flush with same mortar as the work proceeds all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No 11.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete including the joints pointed flush with same mortar as the work proceeds all as specified and as directed. Note : Serviceable bricks retrieved from Srl item No. 10.00 here-in-before shall be re-used after proper cleaning & removal of mortar.

Material and labour for brick with sub class 'B' bricks, in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete including the joints pointed flush with same mortar as the work proceeds all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 13.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete including the joints pointed flush with same mortar as the work proceeds all as specified and as directed. Note : Serviceable bricks retrieved from Srl item No. 10.00 here-in-before shall be re-used after proper cleaning & removal of mortar.

Material and labour for sub class 'B' bricks laid on edge in floors/ drains old size bricks bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:3 & pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming extra fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under as per item No. 16.00 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to brick walls in drains in cement mortar 1:3, including racking out of joints in existing drain complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges incluidng use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing 600mm bore RCC pipes class NP3 complete with collars laid in trenches and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing 450mm bore RCC pipes class NP3 complete with collars laid in trenches and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed for 600mm bore pipe in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 to drain pipe including packing under and complete surrounding pipe with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for concrete bed for 450mm bore pipe in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 to drain pipe including packing under and complete surrounding pipe with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 25mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of RCC M-25 precast RCC cover slab size 1600mm x 450mm x 70mm thick (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, suspended on walls, manhole slabs, drain cover, roofs, canopies, deckslabs and the like complete all as specified and directed.
