Spl repair of conversion of LT overhead line into underground cable in MD Accn area at Old Cantt under GE (East) Prayagraj.

Amount

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including bottom surface to required level or slope for laying of cable etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry local sand for cable protecting under ground cable (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches and consolidated complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Punned thickness 18 cm only shall be considered for payment.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ common burnt, bricks old size, designated '75', laid dry, flat with width equal to length of bricks as cover/laid over the cable to give mechanical protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI pipe 40 mm bore 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI pipe 50 mm bore 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 80 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying ,laying, commissioning, jointing & testing 10 Sqmm , 4 core XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor including taking down existing cable complete all as specified & directed.

Boring holes for Insertion of 80/50/40 mm dia GI pipe under PCC Road/ Taxi track/ hard standing not more than 12mm deep complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Cost of equipments tools & plants, material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted above. (ii) GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / disconnecting existing unserviceable ACSR conductor on overhead lines on LT/HT poles, of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing ( in replacement ), connecting to electrical system & testing of LT panel board ,cubical type for out door use, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet factory made, totally enclosed of suitable size and supported with 4 Nos MS Angle legs , duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint over one coat of red oxide primer effectively PVC gaket and sealed mounted on PCC blocks double door type with locking arragnedment with handle at front and openable at front &back bothe side with required hinges heavy duty, compartemtalised suitably including provision for tapping incoming & outgoing electric connections with suitable size of aluminium lugs glands and comprising of the following accessories :- (a) High conductivity aluminium busbar (Set of 4 strips), 4 Nos TPN of suitable rating ,(RYB) for phase and 1 No for neutral mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve-1 Set.

Supply, install,test and commissioning of LT out door type kiosk pedastal panel board of sige 60 cm x60 cm x30cm for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ system, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with powder coated mounted on PCC platform, hinges with locking door arrangement,suitable cable enteries holes at bottom,and consisting of the following:- (a) Aluminium bus bar of rating 200 Amps capacity 4 Nos(TPN) mounted on DMC/epoxy supporters with shrouded by PVC insulated and arrangements for incoming / outgoing connections. -01 set (B) MCCB MCCB 4 Pole 160 Amp 415 volt with adjustable thermal magnetic release 16 KA breaking capacity & spreader both side as outgoin cotrol device : 02 Nos.

Supply, install,test of LT out door type kiosk pedastal panel board of sige 60 cm x60 cm x30cm for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ system, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with powder coated mounted on PCC platform, hinges with locking door arrangement,suitable cable enteries holes at bottom,and consisting of the following:- (a) Aluminium bus bar of rating 400 Amps capacity 4 Nos(TPN) mounted on DMC/epoxy supporters with shrouded by PVC insulated and arrangements for incoming / outgoing connections. -01 set (b) MCCB 4 Pole 160 Amp 415 volt with adjustable thermal magnetic release, 36 KA breaking capacity & spreader both side as outgoing cotrol device - 02 Nos.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level) connected to galavanised earth lead strip 32mm x 6 mm (7.5m) as means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer besides brazing at all joints as shown on drawings and including excavation, earth work, GI pipe (ISImark) light grade 40mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:3:6, type C-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) chamber and mild steel angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 3 mm and 40 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover 1:2:4 , type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade(ISI marked) for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The rates quoted shall also deemed to include the cost of Earth test point and earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode)
