Drilling of bore of size 200 mm dia upto 180 mtr depth by direct rotary mechanical system for injection well in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulders and submitting the strata detail both graphically recorded as well as strata results including testing of yield , complete all as specified and as directed.

Reaming of bore well from 200 mm dia to 525 mm dia hole in three steps from 200 mm to 350 mm, 350 mm to 450 mm and 450 mm to 525 mm dia bore siutable for lowering ERW Mild steel casing pipes and gravel packing for the required length (i.e 60 mtr depth) below the ground level , complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 2 here-in-before but exceeding 60 mtr and upto 180 mtr depth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing in position 300 mm nominal (10") bore ERW MS housing pipe, ISI marked, of 8 mm wall thickness, screwed and socketed in random length upto 6 mtr including fitting of centralizer at regular interval into bore hole to a depth upto 60 mtr from ground level, as per IS 3589, painted both inside and outside with black bituminous paint suitable for drinking water purpose including necessary fittings & fixtures by jointing electric welding , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing in position 200 mm nominal (8") bore ERW MS housing pipe, ISI marked, of minimum 6.0 mm wall thickness, screwed and socketed in random length upto 6 mtr including fitting of centralizer at regular interval into bore hole to a depth exceeding 60 mtr and upto 180 mtr from ground level, as per IS 3589, painted both inside and outside with black bituminous paint suitable for drinking water purpose including necessary fittings & fixtures by jointing electric welding, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing in position low carbon galvanized (LCG) steel strainer pipe 200 mm nominal bore of wall thickness 7.00 mm cage type wire wound screen ‘V’ shaped profile in suitable length having slots of size 0.75 mm width including necessary end coupling, welding as required and including special sockets for connecting to MS pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel reducer suitable for (300 x 200 mm ) bore casing pipe, 10 mm thick, fitted to casing pipe as per IS 2800 by means of electric welding ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out electro logging test upto complete drilling depth of tube well for fixing water strata and submitting of Report including its interpretation by a qualified Hydrologist/ground water expert , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel bail plug assembly suitable for 200 mm bore casing pipe internal threaded with strong iron hook, screwed and welded to casing pipe as per IS 2800 , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, filling and packing washed pea gravels of size 2 mm to 4.6 mm all around casing pipe and slotted pipe, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel housing clamps 1200 mm long 100 mm wide , made out of 20 mm thick MS plate made to shape for 250 mm bore casing pipe with necessary bolts, nuts and washers at ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Developing of tube well by means of air compressor, for number of hours, until sand free clear potable water is obtained including testing by using diesel engine driven turbine pump to get maximum yield and discharge including supply of yield test result , complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Above rate is inclusive of DHPP )

S&F pressure gauge with isolation cock suitable for a working pressure of 7 Kg/cm² (Liquid based High Intensity), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying flat PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper couductor stranded submersible cable cores 1100 volt grade 10 Sqmm 3 core including jointing material and connection work , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F round strand steel wire rope dia 12 mm and connected clamp nut bolts fixed ,complete all as per directed.

Supply , lowering and fixing MS column pipe 100 mm bore, medium grade, confirming to IS, 3 meter long pipe both end flanged, threading, welding and drilling of holes, cutting of ducts of size 10 mm x 20 mm 2 No. in each flange for fixing submersible cable, including rubber gasket of suitable size, nuts, bolts, washer etc including painted internally and externally with two coat of non corrosive non toxic bituminous paint including making all type of connections as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix non return valve PN-1.6 size of 100 mm dia both ends flanged heavy duty, including jointing materials, nut bolts washer etc and testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix double flanged CI ventury of size 100 mm dia incl one No ferrule at no pressure zone complete in existing line, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for DI pipe of 100 mm bore with spigot and socket end centrifugally cast class K-7 laid in trenches/ on surface/ over masonry pillar and connection to new position , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for DI pipe of 150 mm bore with spigot and socket end centrifugally cast class K-7 laid in trenches/ on surface/ over masonry pillar and connection to new position, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for DI bend, any type, radius and angles, tappers and type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing, or double socket etc. Tee pipes single branch Y junction, double branch cross (all socket, socket and Spigot or flanged ends) collors, caps and plugs for the Pipes socket and Spigot. All socket and flanged upto bore of 150 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100 mm bore CI Sluice valve PN – 1.6 IS 14846-2000 with Spindle Iron (Heavy duty) Wheel head and both ends flanged and MS nut bolts and washers and pair of rubber/fiber gasket and fixed in position , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 mm bore CI Sluice valve PN – 1.6 IS 14846-2000 with Spindle Iron (Heavy duty) Wheel head and both ends flanged and MS nut bolts and washers and pair of rubber/fiber gasket and fixed in position , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for constrution of valves pit chamber of size (900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm, internal ) using PCC (1:4:8) 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm thick , 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement motar PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20 mm graded agregate for grouting MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement MS frame out of 40 x 40x 5 mm thick angle iron including paintaing of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer finishing coat including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to adistance not exceeding 50 m, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as angle of different size gusset plate (mildsteel) and cut to shape drilled and conter inner for screwing incln bending and welding angle as necessary confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality-B, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/lose soil for taking out pipe & laying of pipe & getting out for diverting of CI pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick , complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum filling, laid in floors or paving in layers n. exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder, gauge n. exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fly ash brick work with locally available best quality bricks,old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cum (1:6) on brick surface fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed

Lowering the submersible pumping set of any capacity alongwith motor, cable,column pipe and other connected accessories incl making all electrical connection, commission & testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.
