Supply of FIBER REINFORCED BOATS (Make Fiber Glass Rescue/Patrolling Boat-India ), OBM-mariner-30 hp four stroke (Yamaha, Japan make) FRP Rescue boat is designed fro carry 8 persons plus cover of two, carriage of Humans or 1000 kgs the weight of the within 350 kgs excluding weight of OBM and Accessories. The free board at full load is not less than 12 inches. The length, width and height of the boat is not less than 15 feet, 6 feet, and 2.5 feet respectively. Ignition system is electronic digital inductive type.There has alternator of 18 amp & 223 watts. The steering system is remote type with console at front. 30 HP four stroke outboard motor (OBM) INTENDED TO BE ON 4.5 FRP boats, shall perform Search & rescue during floods, Transport man and material Tasks. OBM make should have indigenous product support throughout India. OBM shall be compatible (throttle response throughout is speed range, shaft length propeller etc.) with 4.9m FRP boats and can be quickly attached to boat, whenever required. OBM should be capable of developing 30 HP, shall have electronic fuel injection system, provided with tiller handle for steering, provided with manual trim & tilt, ultra low emission ratings. The length of the shaft of OBM shall be compatible with transom height of 4.9 mtr FRP boat. OBM with standard fuel tank along with suitable accessories such as connecting fuel houses, male & female adopter, manual starting capability. The engine cooling system shall be water cooled with thermostat. .The exhaust shall be through propeller. The lubrication system shall be wet sump. The engine and drive line shall be fitted in enclosed housing to protect form water. OEM Shall be provided with Suitable Storage Stand OEM recommended standard spares are to be provided On-Board Spare (OBM)- Engine Oil Filter – 02 Nos. Spare Propeller – 01 Nos. Spark Plug – 01 Nos. Spark Plug wrench – 01 Nos. Water pump Impellar – 01 Nos. Gear Oil drawn Screw Washer – 06 Nos. Lubrication Oil Drain Plug Washer – 02 Nos. Installation of OBM on Supplied boat Should be capable of quickly attached to the boat & Shaft length of the OBM Should be compatible with transom height of boat. Buoyancy Life Jacket 6 Nos. (3 Medium & 3 Large) (Vest type) approved by USCG (US coast guards) the jacket shall be foam filled having floatability of 16.5 kgs. The jacket cover shall be made from nylon and blue-black cover. Straps shall be provided for proper securing. All the life jacket must be UL listing mark/logo The FIBER REINFORCED BOATS shall be supplied complete in all respects as per technical specification. The FRP Rescue Boat shall be supplied in all respect as per Technical Specification & AS PER CONDITION OF TENDER.
