SPL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT OF 24 BLOCKS AT VASANT RANGE COLONY AND BANA SINGH ENCLAVE UNDER GE (SOUTH) DELHI CANTT-10

Demolition complete old roof treatment thickness n.exc 250mm (includes PCC tiles, PCC, APP membrance, PCC roof kerbs and mud phuska of any thickness leeping/plastering layers) over RCC slab surface and including removing all debris from roof surface to outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per sqm on existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick (average thickness) plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding to maintain the uniform slope,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfcae of roof, mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately.

M & L for APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and wieghing not less than 3.0 Kg per Sqm , black finish reinforced with non woven fabric (wt not less than 160 gms/Sqm) laid over and inluding primed surface with a coat of biruminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 litre/Sqm by forced and including a preventive coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm complete all as directed and specified. Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by manufacturer or their authorised applicator as per manufactures instruction and as directed.

M & L for APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and wieghing not less than 3.0 Kg per Sqm , black finish reinforced with non woven fabric (wt not less than 160 gms/Sqm) laid over and including primed surface with a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 litre/Sqm by forced and including finishing coat with two coats of aluminium paint (@ 100ml/Sqm each coat) over and including a coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm complete all as directed and specified. Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by manufacturer or their authorised applicator as per manufactures instruction and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm to 22mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement, and cut and polished laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and grouted and pointed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-1. Contractor shall furnish 10 years gurantee for Water Proofing Treatment (item Nos 2 to 7 above) on non-jurdicial stamp paper to the GE all as specified. 2. The Contractor shall furnish security deposit for the amount worked out for water proofing treatment @ 2.5% of amount quoted against item Nos 02 to 07 above all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded or chamfered on edge etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick wall surface mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :1. Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately. 2. Work shall be carried out upto G+4 storey buildings and contractor shall quote his rate accordingly duly considering T&P and scaffolding etc. to execute the work.

M&L for preparation of newly plasered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed. Notes. 1.Colour and shade as per new colour scheme approved by GE. and including required scaffolding for four storey building. 2. Work shall be carried out upto G+4 storey buildings and contractor shall quote his rate accordingly duly considering T&P and scaffolding etc. to execute the work.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated wall surface by mechancal grinder and applying two coats of cement based paint white, tint including prepration of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Notes. 1.Colour and shade as per new colour scheme approved by GE. and including required scaffolding for four storey building. 2. Work shall be carried out upto G+4 storey buildings and contractor shall quote his rate accordingly duly considering T&P and scaffolding etc. to execute the work.

M&L for 50 mm thick (avg) guniting in patches on to the required area on RCC parapets walls, columns, beams, stairs, lintels, sunshades, roofing slab etc. of all sizes and shapes at all heights from existing ground floor and all locations with cement and sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) under 2 to 2.8 Kg/Cm2 pressure after removing the damaged loose spalt concrete portions by chipping, removal of dust and applying one coat of rust convertor kp-100 or equivalent grade over reinforcement wherever necessary providing and tying in position with 75mm x 75mm, square size with 2.946mm dia mild steel wire welded mesh over treated surface ready to receive grouts, curing for 10 days etc, complete operation all as directed including labour charges, hire charges for all tools and plant machineries including cost of consumables, scaffolding, all types of protective equipments, plant floors, pipelines, vessels, materials etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allow to dry. To this surface apply chemistic polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture’s instructions. (ii) When polymix coating is in tackey condition guniting is to be done with polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instruction. Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorized dealer or equivalent. (iii) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the above item and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on any account.

Taking down rain water pipe (any size) or pattern ,incl all fitting,head shoes,bends swan necks etc incl cleaning of re-fixing or remobal to store (Measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories, complete all specified and directed.

M&L cutting of tree including cutting of trunk n.exc. 30 cm girth and branches and digging out roots from floor or roofs and wall of up to four storey bldg and making good the dismantled protion in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting chases for concealled water tubing making good ends or edges of landing,steps cills, sunshades, shelves ,lintels etc, and making good the surface, cutting not exc. 10 cm girth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out craks to V-section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) such as RCC chajja/beam/parapet/column etc, work in G+4 buildings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for parapet wall casting including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for fair finshed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars10 mm dia and above, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Note (applicable for item Nos 1 to 45) : Complete work shall be carried out into G+4 Storey buildings. Unit rate quoted for above items by the contractor shall be deemed to be included cost of scoffolding, T&P etc complete to execute the work at site.
