Replacement and repair of electrical fixtures and accessories of Streetlights at Government College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Quepem-Goa

SITC of 6Mtr length decorative octagonal hot dip galvanised pole fabricated from HT steel sections, confirming to BS EN 10025, S-355 JO, with top dia of 70mm A/F and bottom dia of 130mm A/F, having 3mm sheet section thickness alongwith base plate of size 220x 220x12mm (LxBxT), including TS-600 grade J-type M16-20 x 600mm foundation bolts set along with required tamplate, canopy at top. A Smart pack junction box shall be provided with 1no 6A MCB on DIN rail and 4pole red strip connector /terminal block (60Arating) suitably enclosed with watertight door with locking arrangement, mounted flushed inside base compartment, having suitable entry for drawing two or more cables upto 16sqmm. The J bolts shall be reinforced in the RCC foundation(RCC for foundation to be paid separately). Suitable space shall be left to pass cable through the foundations, including related supply cable terminations using lugs etc. complete as required. Also including installation of single/double arm GI pipe brackets (1mtr long standard), on pole top section (brackets will be paid separately). The poles shall be of make Transrail, Bajaj, Philips, GE, Crompton, Consoul, Jaquar only. Transporation from factory to site is inclusive.

Supply of Single arm hot dip detachable Gl pipe bracket 1000mm long, 48-48.3mm dia, suitable for 5mtr /6Mtr/7mtr high octagonal poles for top section (70mm).

Supplying and Fixing HDPE pipe, 32mm dia, fixing pipe firmly in concrete foundation, clamping to RCC structure, complete as required.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m.;All kinds of soil;All types of Ordinary rock including all types of laterite rock blasting prohibited

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering shuttering and finishing in:;All works upto plinth level

12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including struttings propping etc. and removal of formwork for :;Foundations footings bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL TATA. VIZAG JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.
