Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar

Removing mortar from and cleaning stones and concrete articles (net quantity of stacks of cleaned materials will be measured): a) In cement mortar

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in: a) Channels, angles, tees and flats

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Fencing with available angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of concrete work for fixing of posts to be paid for separately) :-Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. a) With G.I. barbed wire

Random rubble masonry with available stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) : Flush/ Ruled pointing

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 50 mm nominal dia UPVC pipes for weep holes in RR masonry wall including cuting to required length and fixing the pipe in cement mortar complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Fixing available Steel work in grills in line and level in position including providing and fixing nut bolts etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge

b) Damaged barbed wire
