Upkeep of following equipment /machinery installed at pump house in/near building No. P-6 comprising of foam sprinkler and water sprinkler system for cooling and washing of floor, stainless steel piping with large No of opening to maintain the required discharge of water, regular flow of foam for detecting defective items and periodical minor repairs such as oiling, greasing, rubber guskets and providing glands and all as necessary minor repairs required for proper functining of equipments all as directed by Engineer in Charge including all the items listed in below:-

Automatic foam sprinkler system including stainless steel tank complete and filling of foam as per direction.

Centrifugal pumping set electric driven - 01 set

Standby diesel engine operated centrifugal pumping set auto/manual start- 01 set

Jockey centrifugal pump electric driven auto/manual start- 01 set

Sluice valves, NRVs off sizes alongwith pipe line

LT Panel Board with all accessories and power cables.

Note:- (i) Testing will be carried out Monthly basis and contractor submit the test report duly signed by users rep every month and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . Testing shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Oil, grease , rubber guskets, and gland are deemed to be incl in above rates. (iii) Any welding work , cutting of exisitng pipes inserting MS/GI / CI fittings , replacing steel pipe , sprinkler is deemed to be incl in above rates. (iv) Docuuments as specified are maintined and put to EIC monthly. (v) Contractor shall arrange transportation of foam drum from AGE E/M store to Pump house and filling of foam in stainless steel tank insatalled at above bldgs deemed to included in above rates. (vi) Connected Spares required for replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately in supply and fix in repair. Note:- The Rate mentioned in Item No 1 For 1 Year Duration. Panel recovery of Rs 2000 Per Month shall be recovered if contractor fails to testing on monthly basis at due time.

(v) The quoted rate shall cover for entire period of 365 days(including Sunday and Holiday). Note:- The Rate mentioned in Item No 3 For 1 Year Duration. Panel recovery of Rs 2000 Per Month shall be recovered if contractor fails to testing on monthly basis at due time.

Supply and fix in repairs foam spray nozzle made of stainless steel (SS304) construction with 1/2 " male BSP threaded inlet. The nozzle shall have K Factor of 30/45 and shall have aeratingarrangement to give foam of expansion 1:3 to 1:6 and suitable pattern for covarage of risk area

Supply & fix in repair Conventional 24 V DC Electronic Hooter cum Flasher. Make : spencer / Honeywell / Fire Light / NotiFier/ Ravel

Supply & fix in repair 15 mm (½") dia. NBCM Body chrome finished side wall type sprinkler / Spray nozzal Medium Velocity having rating with deflector disc of conventional construction with all accessories require to install. Make: Kartar / Shah Bhogilal / HD / Newage

Maintenance repair & testing of fire hydrant system installed at bldg shed No P-1 to P-17 'F' sub Depot including maintenance of following Parts all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- (i) Testing will be carried out quaterly basis and contractor submit the test report duly signed by users rep every quarter and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Testing charges shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (ii) Oil, grease, rubber guskets, and gland are deemed to be included in above rates. (iii) Any lathwork, welding work , cutting of exisitng pipes inserting MS/GI / CI fittings , replacing steel pipe , sprinkler is deemed to be incl in above rates. (iv) Documents as specified are maintined and put to Engr-in-Charge monthly. (v) Connected Spares required for replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply and fix as and when required. (vi) M & R shall be quarterly and considered one job for one bldg. (vii) Panel recovery of Rs 3000 Per Qtr shall be recovered if contractor fails to testing on quarterly basis at due time.

Supply and fix in repair Weather proof hose cabinet of size 750 x 600 x 250 mm fabricated from M.S. angle iron sections and 18 GMS sheet with full glass door and locking arrangement suitable to accommodate - 2Nos 15 M long hoses and 1 No branch pipe and nozzle including stand of exisitng height . The cabinet shall be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint or approved make and shade and shall be suitably mounted.
