M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix bituminious macadam, well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (9.8 kg of binder with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size), again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing of black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air pressure through air jet using air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc incl removing mud etc to a distance minimum 1.50m from edge of road and applying evenly a tack coat of bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface by sprayer operated hot pressure mechanisum, supplying, laying, spreading 30mm consolidated thickness of semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete carpet (VG-30) with 0.406 cum crushed and graded coarse aggregates with design mix formula with bitumen not less than 5.5% using paver with mechanical paver all as specified in clause device for automatic leveling and profile control within the specified tolerance as mentioned in SSR Part-I , rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with power roller for uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, spreading upto 75mm or less consolidated thickness of premix bituminous macadam carpet filling in depression (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in single layer using mechanical paver using bituminous binder (VG-30) at the rate 4% by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted/consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tone power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed Note for item No's. 2 & 3: Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the contents specified against these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 40/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula.

S&F in repair Cat eye,Solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No 972.0 fixed with & including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Solar cat eye,aluminium alloy shall (100% waterproofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (Shank 65mm) of high efficiency,Monorystafi,solar panel 2.4V/03 Watt one Ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height, duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector redium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4(150x150x300mm) type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters,zebra marking etc on roads, pavements and like etc by providing 2.00mm thick thermoplastic hot applied paint of approved make for road marking of approved shade and shape by incorporating the white glass beads for reflectivity in required width with automated machine adhering to standards of width exc 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 5045.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
