The bidder or the OEM should have experience in supply and commissioning of regenerative drive system of capacity not less than 1000 KW motor for winder application. Copy of the relevant purchase orders along with performance certificate from the clients shall be enclosed.

The firm must be registered in India with appropriate tax and other administrative authorities. Relevant documents to be enclosed.

Only Manufacture or authorized system integrator are eligible to submit the bid. Relevant documents to be enclosed.

The bidder should have in the last five years period and achieved in at least two financial years, the turnover per annum not less than the Rs.2.50 crore (FY 2020 - 21 , 2021- 22 , 2022 - 23, 2023 - 24 & 2024 - 25 ). The turnover certificate and financial statements certified by Chartered Accountant to be enclosed.

The bidder has to submit the tentative BOQ of the proposed system.

The bidder has to submit the architecture of the proposed system.

The bidder has to submit the undertaking letter from OEM in regard with installation, programming & commissioning of drive.

The successful bidder has to submit the undertaking certificate from OEM in regard with service and spares support for the supplied drive for 10 years after successful commissioning.
