Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specifications (Mort&h Sl.No. 13.1) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess,Royalty, ISTP and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T. Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications. Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new work ( Two or more coats applied @3.84 kg/10sqm).As per DSR 2023 item no.13.44.1 & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess,Royalty, ISTP and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T. For Proper Completion of work as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess,Royalty, ISTP and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T. For Proper Completion of work as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Brick soling with straight overburnt bricks laid flat including preparation sub grade to required camber and including supply of bricks , filling the joints with local earth P.I. 5 to7 or sand over the entire surface and including labours, T & P etc. required for completion of work as per direction by I/E. (Payable cost of Bricks i.e. 30% (as used Bricks taken back by contractor). As per SOR CH-5 SI.NO.1(762a) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess,Royalty, ISTP and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T. For Proper Completion of work as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm×75 mm×6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm×45 cm×60 cm. 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67.2012. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MORTH specification No-801.3.7. Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender (CH-6 SI.No.18) x)30 cm × 90 cm (Left/Right) Object Hazard & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess,Royalty, ISTP and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.
