Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor or pavings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling or spreading and levelling in any thickness as in cushioning/bedding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles/interlocking tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 and laying as required pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cmx20cmx25 mm thick (with grey cement and pigment) jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for coping/benching complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast concrete block/Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, brought upto coursed stone masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, brought upto coursed stone masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1.:4, but except stone complete all specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra stone walling for hammer derssing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the depressed surace not exc 40 mm to the face of stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified on random rubble walling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for racking out joints/pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonary, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of pre-cast cement concrete block walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as Specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 type C-1 as in block masonery exc 10cm in width with solid block masonary with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar, complete, in walls setting using cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 type C-1 as in block masonery exc 10cm in width with solid block masonery with solid blocks,exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 but except PCC blocks complete all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 other than fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for three coat of white wash on newly plastered surfaces walls including preparation of wall surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread and level in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in pavings/hardstanding finishing with extra cement and broom finish impression surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match including use of necessary formwork all as specified and directed. Note : S&F reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dressed granite trap/precast cement concrete type C0, 1:3:6, (using 12.5 mm raded stone aggregates) as in Kerb Stones of roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush, including taking down existing kerb stone of any description and removed to out of defence land and deposited not exc 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of primer including perparation of new surfaces of brick, concrete and stone wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling chain link fencing/expanded mental or mesh exceeding 4 Kg/sqm fixed in steel, wood fillets, concrete posts etc of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any number of standards, rails, straining bolts etc or including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing MS galvanised of size as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screws, including bending and welding angles as necessary gusset plates, cleats, MS flate, riveting etc not exc 10 Kg each brackets, confirming to Fe-290 Gde-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including perparation of new surfaces of steels over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
