Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five M-sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement and Three M-sand) using best quality II class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9"x4-3/8"x2-¾'' including neat finishing,curing etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Foundation and Basement

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density

Providing and applying primer coat over WMM surface using 6 kgs of bitumen emulsion for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc. complete as per clause 502 of MOST specification

Providing and applying tack coat over PC with WMM surface treated with prime coat using 2.5 kgs of emulsion for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc. complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous macadam 50mm consolidated thickness using 4% of bitumen 60/70 grades per clause 507 of MORTH specification.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete 25mm consolidated thickness using 5.1% of bitumen 60/70 grade as per clause 512 of MORTH specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of weld mesh openable door using Weld mesh 7.5 x 2.5cm with 10 gauge mesh fixed using Mild steel Angles 25 x 25 x 3 mm on the existing metal surface by welding the hinges. The cost including hinges, lock, transportation etc., complete

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three P-sand), 20mm thick with admixture in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position first quality of Synthetic Acrylic 5 layers system (ITF approved product) flooring for tennis court with one layer of primer, two layers of resurfacer, two layers of color coating including line marking, etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position first quality of Tennis post of approved quality and best variety complete complying with standard specification and as approved by the departmental officers
