Dismantling of false ceiling cement asbestos, Celotax or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per clause 1 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at site.

Dismantling of false ceiling of general /Non active areas.

Dismantling of false ceiling sheets of active areas including resizing and filling the dismantled sheets in 200 ltr drums and kept in a designated place for further disposal with in BARC trombay. Including supply of sufficient 200 ltrs drums, shifting to a designated place with in 200 mtrs and loading & unloading in trucks.

Extra over item no.1.2 for disposal of contaminated dismantled sheets in drums/ ms fabricated container of suitable size as directed by the EIC. Apx Qty expected is 3.75 Cu.M.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc.of false ceiling and AHU supports etc...including dismantling and stacking within 100 m lead as per clause 2 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at site

Dismantling G.I pipes of all diameter external work including resizing/ cutting and taking out pipes manually / by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 100 m lead as per clause 3 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at site

Dismantling of AHU (Air handling units) placed over false ceiling including dismantling of concrete parts, disconnect, de-pipe, disconnection of electrical supply and motors if any and blanking of all supply & drain lines / Ducts, detach & remove the existing indoor AHU , including all scaffolding welding/ cutting resizing etc...as per clause 4 of technical specifications & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of supply and exhaust air ducts of cross sectional area of upto 0.10 SQ.M above false ceiling including removing of insulation and disposal with in 200 mts for further disposal.as per clause 5 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Removal and re-laying of lab furnitures, shelves etc.. For placing scaffoldings while dismantling, fixing false ceiling. Fixing electrical fixtures etc…including supply of pvc roll of suitable size for cover the instruments/ equipments/ furniture/ floor etc.. as per clause 6 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Designing supply and fixing of 4mm thick approved make and shade Fire Retardant Non combustible Aluminium Composite Metal Panel (0.50 AL + 3.00 MINERAL CORE + 0.50 AL) at different locations (Including Radiological lab areas) in false ceiling over existing ms frame works. The ACP sheet using should have minimum 120 minute fire rating that meets latest specifications and codes (ASTM/BS/IS/NBC) as per standard testing procedure. with minimum 25 micron PVDF or similar surface coating as per approved drawings and as per clause 7 of technical specifications and as directed by the EIC. Note: Testing as per applicable standards will be done at the factory to assertain the fire rating of the ACP sheet. Testing charges shall be borne by the Contractor. The scope is Excluding frame work, if any modifiaction is required in existing frame work the same shall be paid under relevent items.

Providing Structural steel work for repairing of existing structural frame works of false ceiling using angles, channels, joists and other sections,Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials produced by SAIL / RINL (Vizag Steel) / TATA. welded and / or bolted in built up sections for false ceiling frame works trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge .Note: All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.etc..as per clause 8 of technical specifications.

Providing, applying one coat of primer with ready mixed red oxide primer of approved brand and manufacturer on steel works including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per clause 9 specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of skilled draftsman for preparation of detailed drawings of room wise lay out of false ceiling frames and lighting and other electrical and service fixtures as per the requirement as specified in clause 10 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of suitable manpower for Removal & Re-fixing of electrical fixtures like smoke detectors, junction box, electrical cables etc..& supply of suitable manpower for cutting of un wanted steel fixtures, ventilation grills etc…and refixing of ventilation diffusers etc... as per clause 11 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing 3mm thick fire blanket for welding & cutting jobs using Ceramic Fibre material as per required size of approved manufacturer and the material will be handed over to department after completion of job as per clause 12 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing trap door for false ceiling of size apx 1000x600mm with aluminium framing and pivot arrangements for opening the door with keyless latch lock without handle including bolting/welding and modification of existing ms structures if any as per clause 13 of technical specifications, drawing and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Anodised Aluminium sections (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron) work for doors, windows,False ceiling, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings, clause 14 of technical specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately)

Supply assemby and commisioning of Heavy duty fully electric drive power stacker Stacker with load capacity 1500 kg with a closed height of 2100mm (max) and an overal width of with in 900mm. Including AMC for 3 years. As per clause 15 of technical specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows using Second class teak wood, clear story openings and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position of required size and shape including sawing, jointing,making rebates for shutters, making grooves as shown in the drawings, finishing the surfaces to the required finish all as per specifications and drawings including necessary MS hold fasts 40 mm X 3 mm thick, 200 mm long / with coach screws including protective painting to the suface that will come in contact with walls, joining materials, labour etc. complete all as per clause 16 of technical specifications, as per drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Scaffolding. Providing and fixing H frame scaffolding system that consist of rigid welded frame of two vertical and horizondal pipes which are interconnected by scissor type cross braces through pins and spring clips.H’ Frame with Ladder Size: 2.00 x 1.00 Mtrs. Vertical and Horizontal both are made out of 40mm NB ‘Medium’ Class Pipes with 50 NB socket on each leg. Ladder made out of 25NB Medium Class and accessories etc... as per clause 17 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supply of Unskilled manpower for miscellaneous jobs like shifting of materials housekeeping jobs etc…as per clause 18 of technical specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous 2.00 mm thick PVC sheet / tile in flooring and skirting of approved make in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer including, levelling small undulations with plaster of Paris if required , rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete as per clause 19 of technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge in approved colour and shade.

Buyback items

Disposal / Buy back of metal scraps scraps like pipes, angles, channel, plate etc.. including resizing, lifting and transportation at contractors scope as per clause 20.1 of technical specifications, safety and security regulations of the campus and as directed by the EIC.

Buyback of fan coil units .as per clause 20.2 of technical specifications & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Lead charges for Disposal of asbestos sheet debris outside BARC campus with lead Exceeding 5KM by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking/levelling etc complete as per clause 21 of technical specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Radiological safety gears for working in the active laboratory as per clause 22 of technical specifications.
