Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping and removing rubbish off from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The rate of removal of rubbish to the distance as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Roughening old surfaces of concrete floors by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to clean the surface and applying neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, averaging thickness of 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound on RCC roof slab including cleaning of existing surfaces complete all specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 3mm thick superior Atactic Polypropylene modified polymeric membrane waterproofing treatment of weight not less than 3.6 Kg per sqm with properties of high penetration and the centre core consisting of 90 micron High Molecular-High Density Polyethylene (HMHDPE) film consisting of five layers. The superior multi polyplus is to be laid after preparing the surfaces by cleaning thoroughly to achieve a smooth surface over and including a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre per sqm and finally it will be finished with two coats of aluminium paint @0.20 litre/ Sqm for each coat. The overlaps between super multi polyplus are minimum 10cm seam in width/lengthwise and all as per manufacturer’s intructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete above ground floor any thickness and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 admixed with integral water proofing compound FOSROC Conplast X421IC @ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of FOSROC Nitobond AR cement slurry coat (1 vol of Nitobond AR + 1.5 vol of water + 1.5 vol of cement) complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of Nitobond SBR cement slurry (1 vol of Nitobond SBR+ 1 vol of water + 3 vol of cement) water proofing coating on the entire surface of sunken portion complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concerete in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to receive the top layer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. of any description including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces other than fair surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 other than fair surface finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying neat cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings upto height 12m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying neat cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings Note :White cement to be used in place of ordinary cement in the top layer of the item of washed stone grit plaster upto height 12m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for green marble work 16mm to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars window cills , cooking platforms , stair case and the like with bull nosing in cement mortar ( 1:4) incl pointing in white cement ( 1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including making grooves for slip guard on steps, edge moulding, making 30mm dia hole in cooking counter slab & green marble top for gas pipe including 15mm screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified, directed and approved by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing in repair Sinks with drainge board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers, waste coupling and waste pipe , including cantilever cast iron brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915 mm x 460 mm, bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete coloured (mixed with white cement and marble powder) interlocking paver block and shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over sand cushioning consolidated with plate vibrater complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The sample shall be got approved from the GE before bulk procurement and lots shall be got tested independently by the GE. (ii) Sand cushioning will be measured & paid for separately.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floor) and removing surplus spoil out of defence land where directed.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded curshed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection 75mm thick, finishing the surface even and fair with joints to full depth at corners along the wall and @3m c/c filled with mastic mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles (premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick joint free square/ rectangular, 400mmx400mm size, as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 after roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 107.00 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of premium quality, size 350x250x7mm/ 450mmx350mmx7mm/ 300x200x7mm thick joint free as on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc laid over and including 10mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointing in white cement with pigment to match, including taking down existing tiles & cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish to a distance all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone 20-22mm thick, single piece as in treads, risers of steps, landings, floors etc over and including cement screed base 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing (with bees wax polish) including roughening the surface of old concrete floor picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust /mud etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm including rounding of edges of stone slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas , roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparation i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, sufaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete 1:2.4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and reinforced with 10mm TMT bars with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches area not exceeding 5 sqm each and thickness of RCC members exceeding 50mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height complete all as directed. Note:- Cost of formwork and TMT bars shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc. with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from board/ outlet boxes, fitting and fixture such as switch, socket, ceiling rose, lamp holder, tube light fitting etc for reuse at or carrying to the store (to be measured only when found serviceable in all respect complete) for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 V grade multi stranded copper conductor of code red, blue and yellow for phase, black for neutral and green for earth ISI marked drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of suitable size with accessories ISI marked concealed in wall/ceiling including PVC insulated copper cable for earth continuity conductor of same type and size and connected to earth dolly, including provision of sunken cast iron/ pressed steel terminal box of suitable size with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting switches/sockets and regulators for one light point/ ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ bell point controlled by one switch one way complete all as specified. Supply and fixing heavy duty exhaust fan metal body AC single phase 240/250V, 300mm sweep 1400 RPM with louvers including nuts, bolts, fixing arrangement and making hole in wall and making good the surface complete including connecting up with and including 3 core suitable size PVC insulated sheathed FRLS cable with multistranded copper conductors from ceiling rose to fan complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe 32mm bore light grade, bent to shape 1.5 metre long, MS clamp made out of MS flat iron of size 32x4mm thick with nuts and bolt, washer complete including dismantling the existing GI pipe bracket and drilling of hole for nut and bolt etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring Two Single core multi stranded PVC insulated but unsheathed copper conductor of grade 1100 Volt. FRLS cable of size 6 sq mm (red , Yellow & Blue for Phase and black for neutral) and including fixing arrangement with wall incl electrical grade PVC conduit of desired colour not less than 1.2 mm thick and 25 mm wide and 6 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable PVC unsheathed green coloured for earthing with complete accessories duly connected with earth duly complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Three run of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single run) (ii). Groove Cutting ,pinning and plastering of disturbed surface etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.wiring 2 run of wire and1 run of earth wire

Material and labour for sand cushioning with 8cm thick layer before laying of cable and 15cm thick layer after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directedcomplete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for GI tubing, light grade, 50mm bore, for cable protection fixed with pole/ under road/ along the wall with necessary clamps all as specified.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth, for laying of cable in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete as all as specified and directed.
