Supply and fixing with testing and commissioning outdoor type LT cubical panel fabricated as per CRCA Sheet powder coated with structural siemens grey RAL 7032 paint front and back openable and locakable by key from both side having louvers and air vent gasket and totally vermin proof made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for incoming and outgoing laminated copper busbar suitable for 400 Amp duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and mounted on DMC/epoxy insulators The incoming and outgoing shall have extension link two times the rating of individual feedar. All links shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All control wires shall be not less than 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor and properly bunched/tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimpled with adequate size of lugs.

The cubical will have support of angle iron of size 50x50x5mm, & -04 Nos duly grouted 30Cm below the GL in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including a detachable pre-drilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm The auxilary support of suitable SPD (surge protection Device) protected shall be provided. Note : Design /Drawing of L.T Panel shall be approved by Garrision Engineer.

M&L Wiring for circuit 2 core 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated PVC sheated as per IS 694 up to date all including drawing through PVC Conduit making connection with LED Building security Light/Bulk Head light fitting etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Light fitting shall be connected by taping the two core cable with pvc/bakelite electrical connector Connectors shall be installed/inseated /enclosed inside the conduit /box cost shall be deemed to be including in quoted rate of the Contractor

Supply and fixing of Vertical three phase distribution board, VTPN, 08 way 440 volts having IP-54 IK 09 protection, double door with provision for fixing of 125 Amps MCCBs as incomer and SP/TP/MCBs as outgoing complete with 250 Amps Copper Busbar for each phase main switch, busbar, complete all as specified and as directed. Make CAT PART NO : 507680 of Legrand or equavalent to HAVELLS/SIEMENS/Schneider.
