Material and labour for dismantling engine of DG set 625 KVA of kirloskar/Greaves/Caterpillar/Cummins after opening tappet cover, cleaning the cylinder head, removing the carbon deposit on the piston head, cylinder head, replacing the damaged gaskets, re-assembling after cleaning testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out radiator assembly from 625 KVA DG set for cleaning by using wire brush, K/oil/acid, compressed air & soldering/brazing where found leakage and re-fix in the same position and testing to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 625 KVA DG set for opening of oil sump removing of old used engine oil cleaning of sump re-fixing the same including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts and gasket and filling of new engine oil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only engine oil for diesel engine 15W -40/20W-40 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The engine oil shall be supplied on quarterly basis as per requirement.

Supply only ant freezing coolant for DG set complete all as specified and directed Note: The coolant shall be supplied on quarterly basis as per requirement.
