Rolling and consolidating formation surface with 8 to 12 tonne power rolling , including filling in soft sports, hollows and depressions etc. which occurs during rolling ( for portion coming in cutting/original ground only ) to required level gradient or camber etc. including watering before or during rolling complete all as specified.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Soling (or sub base), 150 mm thick (spread thickness), with broken boulders or quarried stone (granite/ basalt) including filling of interstices, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or basalt spreading and compaction with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a priming / tack coat on un-surfaced water bound macadam surfaces with paving bitumen primer using bitumen VG-10 paving grade ( 80 -100 penetration) @ 10 Kg per Ten Square Metre with tar boiler and including Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Premix bituminous macadan laid/rolled and compactd to required gradiant and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) bituminous macadam preparation on WBM surfaces and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per Ten Square Metre, using paving bitumen complete, all as specified and as directed.

Continuous brick edging, with width equal to the width of the brick, laid dry on end vertically with burnt clay bricks of sub class 'B' bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

600mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 with collars laid in trenches and jointed, complete all as Drg No. CEUZ/TD/1293/08 (Sheet 2/2) dt 31 Oct 2008 specified and as directed. Note:- Work like earthwork, brick work, stone work, PCC work involved will be paid seperately.

Removing excavated material not exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5M above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, and for laying of cable or pipes etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foudation, filling, sub base and mass concrete all as specified.

Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in bed blocks/ plated, wheel guards etc. including necessary form work, all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of suitable primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete surface channels etc. complete, all as specified and directed.

Hand packing with broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls/ wheep holes/ over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed. Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil,complete all as specified and as directed.

110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length, fixed as in weep holes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter including rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in road safety convex mirror model No OS-790 from from OSCAR safety solution or other equivalent approved make 80 cm dia, including fixing on 100mm bore GI pipe medium grade with total height of 2 mtr duty painted including excavation in post hole in hard/dense soil, filling of mass concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation (0.3m x 0.3m x 0.4m) removal as surplus soil and making good existing surface including taking down old unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L reflective board (1250x950mm ) 3mm ACP avery type of retroreflactive sheeting with frame post 48x48mm space pipe fixing in PCC block masonery in 1:3:6 with plaster and two coats of cement base plant of size 1.8x75x70 mtr including excavation and removing of excavated soil complete as per as specified and directed.

S&F heavy duty rubber speed breaker 400mm wide and 75mm hight yellow and black colour load capacity 40-50 Ton reflectors on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F FRB road divider make- Neel Kamal or equivalent of size 1000x500x800mm, complete all as specified and directed.
