Supply, fixing and laying bi-axial geo-grids, stiching as per specification at junction, Leveling and laying at site as per drawing and direction by Engineer-in-charge. The reqired testing for qualification will be carried out by the contractor at his cost. (Payment will be made as per actual measurement at site, laps will also be measured for payment)
Supplying and placing Filcrete using cement sand in proportion of 1:15 at temperature not exceeding 38deg C for filling at all elevation inclusive of all labour, batching, mixing, transportation, material, compaction, pumping, curing etc.,all complete as per specification, drawing, and as directed by the EIC
Supplying and placing Normal PCC of N20 grade with minimum cement content 250 kg/cu.m using OPC 43 grade with upward variation as per Note below and with required fly ash conforming to IS 3812 Part -II / ASTM C-618 Class F, blended at site such that fly ash is around 20 % of total cementitious content, at temperature not exceeding 38OC with maximum size of aggregate not exceeding 20 mm size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including weigh batching, chemical admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting, pumping, placing in various sections, for mud mat, foundation, filing in pits, etc., at all levels, compacting, compacting, finishing, curing minimum 10 days, including centring, shuttering, etc,. complete all as per specifications, drawings, as directed by EIC. Rate to include all materials, labour, tools/tackles, plant and equipment, supervisions etc all complete. Note : 1) The rate shall be quoted on the basis of minimum cement content using OPC 43 grade of 250 kg/cum and upward variation up to a maximum of 10 kg required to obtain the specified strength & durability will be paid at the rate specified in Schedule F. 2) Chemical admixture conforming to ASTM C 494 Type G or IS 9103 (Type - E) shall be mixed around 1 % in fresh concrete for its conformity, dosage and compatibility. 3) Siliceous Fly ash used in concrete shall be processed type and it shall be stored at site in separate silos.

Rate to include all materials, labour, tools /tackles, plant and equipment, supervision, etc complete. Note : 1) The rate shall be quoted on the basis of minimum cement content using OPC 43 grade of 330 kg/cum and upward variation up to a maximum of 30 kg required to obtain the specified strength & durability will be paid at the rate specified in Schedule F. 2) Chemical admixture conforming to ASTM C 494 Type G or IS 9103 (Type - E) shall be mixed around 1 % in fresh concrete for its conformity, dosage and compatibility. 3) Siliceous Fly ash used in concrete shall be processed type and it shall be stored at site in separate silos.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various pattems and sizes for precast plain solid units, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour equipment charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.
Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Cleaning the surface of TMT 500D reinforcement using wire mesh or equivalent techniques and cement washing using PPC, at all lifts, tools and tackles labour, curing, necessary formwork, transporting, hacking the construction joints complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in charge. Note: This item will be operated / measured only for rebar dowels which were already existing in site
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts, Including forming Horizontal & Vertical grooves/drip moulds of 25 mm wide and 8 mm deep in the plastering surface and fixing wooden reeper in the shuttering itself at all levels correct line, level and plumb as directed by EIC. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted. Note : 1. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. 2. The rate shall include for providing necesary holes, chamfers, drip mouldings, pockets, application of approved form/mould release agent, making cutouts, slits and depresssions for fixing pipe sleeves at all indicated locations etc. in formwork as directed by EIC.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves / penetration / gates / cage ladders / chequrred plate etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
Providing, fabricating and fixing Stainless steel gates, chequered plates, cage ladders, Embedded parts, using SS304L grade Stainless Steel pipes, Square sections,plates,flats, etc. of approved size and make and quality by cutting to required size, welding, mirror / matt polishing , fixing at site etc. for trench cover, ladders including special sections and anchor fasteners for fixing as per drawings, specifications complete. A sample to be fabricated and to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before starting of work at site . This work to be executed through approved specialized agency.
Supplying, providing and laying Cement Concrete block masonry using solid concrete blocks of size 400 x 200 x 100mm manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1) density not less than 1800 kg/cu.m of grade C 4.0 using 20mm down graded aggregates in basement & superstructure at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 including mixing mortar, hacking closely concrete surface, laying blocks, raking joints, curing etc., with all materials, scaffolding, labour, tools etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement if provided will be measured and paid under relevant item.

Supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, Steel fibre reinforced concrete of Heavy duty (HD-20) manhole cover with frame precast units conforming IS 12592 circular in shape with load carrying capacity of 20MT for circular manhole of clear opening of 560mm dia with using controlled reinforced cement concrete of required grade complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork / blockwork / concrete at all elevations in cement (PPC) mortar 1:4 using washed cruhed stone sand, 20 mm thick in two layers, base layer 12 mm thick and a top layer 8 mm thick finished rough with sponge. including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.
Providing and fixing in position 50mm thick Thermocole board heavy density minimum 18.00 Kg/Cu.m weight wrapped in 200micron thickness polythene sheets and placing in machine foundation works complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying, mixing and caulking areas at and around penetrations, Embedded Parts, construction joints, expansion joints and at all locations as specified in the drawings, using approved Bitumastic compound joint sealant including preparation of surfaces and edges, applying appropriate primer, backstop, Tape, masking tapes, supply of necessary tools, equipment, scaffolding, manpower etc. all complete as per specifications drawings and as directed by the EIC.
Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming IS : 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces such as grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.
