At DBWS-Electrical work related to carriage fan, battery and battery box, transformer, water pumps and under frame work in railway coaches pertaining to TL section of DBWS for a period of twenty four months

1-SG (ICF) NAC Coaches (Rate inclusive of GST)

Stripping and fitting of 110V DC/AC carriage fan of SG(ICF) NAC railway coaches, 1 cleaning, complete dismantling and painting of it at fan section of DBWS as per Schedule-A of Annexure-I. Carrying of carriage fan between railway coaches and fan section at TL shop is under contractor's scope. Overhauling and re-assembling is under railway's scope.

Stripping & fitting of 120 Ah battery of ICF NAC as per Schedule-B of Annexure-I. Carrying of battery between railway coaches and the site of stacking as per direction of SSE/TL/DBWS is under contractor's scope. Connection of cell connector is under railway's scope.

Stripping, cleaning, painting & fitting of complete battery box of ICF NAC for 120 Ah Cell as per Schedule-C of Annexure-I. Carrying of battery box between railway coaches and TL/AC shop floor as per direction of SSE/TL/DBWS is under contractor's scope.

Painting of 4 nos EFT, 2 nos. BCT, 1 no. RRU frame, 1 no. coach under frame junction box as per Schedule-E of Annexure-I as per direction of SSE/TL/DBWS is under contractor's scope.

Dismantling and re-fitting of coach under frame, GI Pipe & fittings corrosion work with welding/gas welding in ICF Non-AC Coaches as follows- a. Alternator to ERRU GI pipe .b. Battery box 5 to junction box GI pipe c. Junction box to EFT & BCT pipe. d. Repairing/ fitting of junction box & battery fuse box. e. Repairing/ fitting of RRU Suspension bracket .f. Repairing/fitting of EFT & BCT terminal base with cover. g. Junction box to both the battery boxes with other miscellaneous work associated with the job. (Materials will be supplied by railway.)

Stripping of old un serviceable cable from under frame wiring of ICF Non-AC Coaches and re-wiring with new cables & connections of cables with cable sockets as follows- a. Alternator to ERRU. b. ERRU to junction box. c. Junction box to EFT & BCT complete. d. Junction box to both the battery boxes. e. Junction box to upper gear switch control panel. (Materials will be supplied by railway.)

2-LHB NAC Coaches (Rate inclusive of GST)

Stripping and fitting of 110V DC/AC carriage fan of LHB NAC railway coaches, 1 cleaning, complete dismantling and painting of it at fan section of DBWS as per Schedule-A of Annexure-I. Carrying of carriage fan between railway coaches and fan section at TL shop is under contractor's scope. Overhauling and re-assembling is under railway's scope.

Stripping & fitting of 120 Ah battery of LHB NAC coaches as per Schedule-B of Annexure-I. Carrying of battery between railway coaches and the site of stacking as per direction of SSE/TL/DBWS is under contractor's scope. Connection of cell connector is under railway's scope.

Stripping, cleaning, painting & fitting of complete battery box for 120 Ah Cell of LHB NAC coaches as per Schedule-C of Annexure-I. Carrying of battery box between railway coaches and TL/AC shop floor as per direction of SSE/TL/DBWS is under contractor's scope.

Stripping of mono block pump (02 nos. per coach) with base frame of Non-AC LHB 4 Coaches. Dismantling of pump. Replacement of bearing, gasket, coupling with nut bolt and other hardware items as required as required for OVH. Re-assembling and testing of pump on testing jig. Fitting of pump with base frame on coaches along with stripping & fitting of MPCB and its electrical connections & wiring as per instruction of site in charge. (Materials will be supplied by railway.)

Stripping and fitting of 9 KVA under slung transformer (01 no. per coach) with 5 hanging arrangement of Non-AC LHB coaches along with electrical connection and wiring. Replacement of AVM Pad (04 nos. per coach) and other ancillary work as per direction of SSE/JE of field in charge. Required material will be supplied by railway.

Provision of individual MPCB for water pumps and shifting of its controller to on board in set of panels for LHB Non AC EOG coaches as per RDSO modification sheet no. RDSO/PE/MS/TL/0090-2023(Rev.0). Scope of work is as per Schedule-F of Annexure-I.

Dismantling, repairing and re-fitting of coach under frame structure against corrosion 7 repair for fitment of electrical equipments as follows- a. Stripping & fitting of High Voltage Cubicle & Feeder Junction box (4 nos.). b. Stripping of old under slung RBC Cubical, and fitting of new under slung REBC Cubical. c. Stripping, repairing & refitting of old corroded FD box cover, EFT & BCT terminal box with studs and cover with hinges. (Materials will be supplied by railway.)

3-SG (ICF) AC Coaches (Rate inclusive of GST)

Stripping and fitting of 110V DC/AC carriage fan of ICF AC railway coaches, cleaning, 1 complete dismantling and painting of it at fan section of DBWS as per Schedule-A of Annexure-I. Carrying of carriage fan between railway coaches and fan section at TL shop is under contractor's scope. Overhauling and re-assembling is under railway's scope.

4-LHB AC Coaches (Rate inclusive of GST)

Stripping and fitting of 70 AH, 12 volt battery in LHB AC coaches along with battery 1 box cover anti theft rod as per Schedule-D of Annexure-I. Carrying of battery between railway coaches and site of stacking as per direction on SSE/TL/DBWS is under contractor's scope. Connection of cell connector is under railway's scope.

Stripping, cleaning, painting & fitting of complete battery box for 70 Ah , 12 volt battery of LHB AC coaches as per Schedule-C of Annexure-I. Carrying of battery box between railway coaches and TL/AC shop floor as per direction of SSE/TL/DBWS is under contractor's scope.
