The dual plate check valve shall be double flanged type designed as per API 594 and shall act as water hammer control device for 300mm ND rising main for PN rating 1.6. The valve shall be fitted to dismantling joint/ expansion joint as per site requirement on the one side and on the other side to rising main by flanged joint with suitable flange gasket by way of fabrication, providing and fitting of MS flange to the rising main by welding. Fabrication, providing and fitting of 300mm ND mild steel dismantling joint with longitudinal elongation up to 50mm and nominal length of 260mm fabricated out of MS plate 10mm dulyrolled in perfect circular shape and turned to proper size. The specifications are as under: - No.1- Pipe piece: - The number 1 pipe piece with flange on one side and welded in two layers. The welding joint should be smooth, flawless and continuous. Providing & fitting of PN 1.6, 150 mm non-rising type CI sluice valve (Kirloskar/ Advance/ IVC/ Sigmaflow), mating flanges (2 Nos. for 1 No. sluice valve) compatible with in-built flanges of sluice valve. The flanged joints shall be made leak proof by using RI cloth & required M.S fasteners which shall also be provided by the firm

Fabrication, providing and fitting of 300 mm ND Mild steel pipe expansion joint with longitudinal elongation upto 100mm and nominal length of approximate 1000 mm fabricated out of 10 mm M.S plate duly rolled in perfect circular shape and turned to proper size.The job includes providing and fitting of matching MS flanges of nominal dia300 mm as per IS 6392 (table 17) to the rising main on both ends ofjoint. The flanged joints shall be made leak proof by way of insertion ofrubber insertion cloth of superior quality and of suitable thickness Thespecifications are as under: - NO.I- Socket :-- The socket shall be fabricated out of MS plate of 10 mm thickness andoffset ND as 300 mm, 325 mm each piece 150 mm long duly welded witheach other. The 325mm central piece shall be turned and finished to proper size to accommodate the spigot with its easy movement of to and fro during expansion and contraction NO.II- Spigot The spigot shall be fabricated out of 10 mm thick MS plate duly rolled in perfectly having approx. length of 500 mm. This piece shall be turned to accurate size on the lathe machine to give easy movement during operation. NO.III- Gland - The gland shall be fabricated out of 10 mm MS plate having approx. length of 150 mm duly turned to mover over the spigot to make the packing material tight to avoid leakage.The dismantling Expansion joint is to be fitted on pipe. It shall be painted with onecoat of Red Oxide Metal Primer followed by two coats of Black Bituminouspaint. The job also includes providing and fitting of 2 no. flanges, M.S fasteners, RI ClothWashers/ Rubber Gaskets, etc. All flange dimensions shall be as per IS 6392 Table 17.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of 300mm Mild steel flap valve to be fitted to the Main Rising main pipe line. The flap valve shall be fabricated out of Mild steel plate and shall be of the following specifications: - a. Thickness of body of flap valve = 8mm b. Flange thickness = 18mm c. Thickness of flap plate = 24mm d. Length of valve from upper side= 300mm e. Length of flap valve from lower side = 450mm The flap valve shall be fitted with Mild steel ring all along the periphery on which the flap plate shall rest. A suitable heavy duty Mild steel hinges shall be fitted on the top of the valve. The flap valve shall be painted with one coat of steel primer& two coats of bituminous paint. The job also includes providing and fitting of nuts and bolts and rubber insertion cloth washers etc.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of working platform out of ISMB 200 to be erected on the sump to form the rectangular rigid frame structure 11 m x 1.5 m. ISMB 200: - {(2x11 m) +(6x1.5) m=31mtrs The ISMB-200 main girder shall be welded together through the bracings/stiffeners of ISLC 75x40mm at specific spots The job includes Providing and fitting of M.S. chequered plate 6mm thick to the rectangular ISMB frame of size 11mx1.5m with necessary bracings out of ISA 50x50x6. The job also includes the formation of suitable opening at the requisite spots for installation of suction pipes. The job is to carried out as per the instructions of engineer in-charge. The steel work shall be applied with a coat of approved steel primer.

Fabrication, providing, fitting and installation of 1-ton capacity sump gantry. The job comprises of the following specifications process of fabrication and involvement of material: - a). Vertical supports: - Fabrication, providing and installation of gantry vertical supports (two Nos.) to be fabricated out of Mild steel angle Iron of size 40x40x6mm the posts shall have to be fabricated as per drawing.The vertical posts shall be fabricated in four pieces of angle iron having 5 Mtrs effective Height and its strengthening /bracing by horizontal members to be placed after every 3’.0 and diagonal members as per requirement out of same angle section as used with the vertical members the size of the angle Iron post shall be 21”x21” at the bottom and 15”x15” at the top. the vertical angle iron posts shall be provided and welded with Mild steel plate having 10mm thickness welded at the bottom and top duly drilled with suitable diameter holes. The Bottom portion of the vertical support shall be embedded into the cement concrete block of suitable size to be laid in the ratio of 1;2;4. The posts thus fabricated shall be erected at the two sides of the sump gantry. b). Gantry Beam: - Providing and fitting of main I beam (Horizontal) of size ISMB-300 having total length of 12 Mtrs shall also be fitted with Mild steel plate of the same size i.e., 12”x12”,10mm thick, with nuts and bolts and welding as well. The job also includes providing and fitting of nuts and bolts for fixing of plates of the horizontal beam and vertical posts plates.

Monorail and chain pulley block: - Providing and fitting of 1-ton capacity travelling trolleyof spur gear type and 1-ton capacity chain pulley block having 6mtrs. Lift. The chain pulley block and the travelling trolley shall be of reputed makes preferably INDEF M/PULL LIFT/ GLOBE.

Design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 5-ton capacity overhead monorail travelling crane for handling of electro-mechanical equipment at LIS PethDevsar with following specifications. a. Basic Crane Requirement. i. Capacity: 5 Ton ii. Length of runway: 12.50 metres iii. Length of bridge girder: 6.75 metres b. Bridge Girder: Bridge girder 6.75 Meters long fabricated out of ISMB 350 section is to be fitted with two No. end carriages fabricated out of ISMC 150 section and other suitable MS members. Each end carriage is fitted with two No. MS wheels of suitable size mounted on suitable ball bearings. The two end carriages are coupled with each other by way of MS shaft and suitable gear reduction mechanism. The shaft is supported on Plummer blocks held by MS brackets. These brackets are to be welded to the bridge girder. A pulley fitted with the shaft is provided with an endless chain of 6 Meters to facilitate the movement of end carriage along with bridge girder. c. Runway Girder: Runway girder (2 Nos.) 12.50 meters long fabricated out of ISMB 200 with 25 mm M.S square bar welded on upper flange for movement of drive / driven wheels. The square bar is aligned perfectly and finished smoothly by machining. Two No. of ISMC 150 braces are provided for connecting end columns of each row with the shed. d. Monorail: One unit 5-Ton capacity heavy duty monorail, suitable to operate through endless chain of 6 meters is mounted on lower flange of bridge girder to facilitate travelling movement of hoist load. The movement in longitudinal and transverse direction is limited by way of providing and fitting 4 No. suitable MS end stoppers of adequate strength to absorb the impact of moving monorail (with load). e. Hoist/ Chain Pulley Block: 5 Ton 6m lift capacity chain pulley block of spur gear type mounted on monorail travelling trolley and operated from floor through an endless chain of make Pull Lift/ Globe/ Indef M. The whole job and its components are to be executed as per relevant IS Code

Fabrication, providing, installation and fitting of Mild steel Trash rack to be fitted on the mouth of intake channel atPethDevsar LIS. The trash rack shall be fitted on cement concrete walls of the intake channel.The size of the trash rack shall be 8’.0 x8’.0 and shall be in the form of gratings. The frame of the trash rack shall be fabricated out of Mild steel channel of size ISMC-100 and a stiffener of M.S angle Iron of size 50x50x6mm shall have to be fitted in between the trash rack for its additional strength.The frame shall be fitted with MildSteel Flat Iron strips of size 50x6mm welded vertically at a spacing of 2” from centre to centre. The steel work shall be applied with one coat of steel primer.

Painting:Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, shade and manufacture to give an even shade in two coats on new work 1. Working platform 2. The plate shall be embedded in charcoal and common salt laid in layers. The plate shall be properly bolted to GI strip of sufficient length for connecting the plate to the main strip through a GI pipe 32mm NB medium class with funnel at the top. The pit shall be refilled back with excavated earth and its ramming

GI strip for earthing The earthing GI strip shall be of size 25x6mm and laid from the connecting points on the electrical equipment upto a common point and then further to earthing pits. All the electrical equipment shall be connected to the main strip by means of proper bolting arrangements. The quantity of strip required for the station shall be as per site requirement.

Providing and laying at site of high voltage synthetic insulating mats as floor covering around electro/mechanical for safe guarding life and limb of workmen due to possible leakage of current and short circuiting.
