XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 50Sq mm 4 core.

XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 35Sq mm 3.5 core.

XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 25Sq mm 3.50 core.

XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 6Sq mm 2 core.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for cable,etc n.exc 10sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m depth and getting out soft.looser soil for cables etc.

Returning filling in including spreading,leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level in exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and spreading of fine river sand and gentally punning for laying of under ground cables. Note :- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying sub class 'B'common burnt bricks, old size designated 75, laid dry flat with width equal to length of brick & with gaps between the adjucent bricks n.exc 10mm as cover laid over the cable to give mechanical protection to under ground cable complete.

Replacement of MCCB 800Amp TPN 415 Volt breaking capacity 50 KA.

Restreaching/tightening and fixing in position, the existing over head ACSR conductor LT line 3 phase with neutral and earth wire 440 V 5/6 wire by lossing and taking down existing binding wire from the insulator of any size of ACSR conductor and bring it to required sag including new binding wire and tightening of cross arm on each pole including trimming of tree branches touching with the wires if any completeall as specified and directed. Note : Span length (any No of wire) of conductor shall be measured in Running Meter combined unit and unit rate quoted by the contractor shall include for cutting and trimming branches of trees coming in contact with ACSR conductor.

Dismantling of unserviceable wornout/damaged ACSR conductor service feeder of any size from pole after disconnecting of jumpers and insulators etc complete all as specified and directed.

ACSR conductor of any size including all binding wires and aluminium jointing jupering etc on LT lines complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulator any type any size complete all as specified.

Pin type proccelain insulator of size 63mm dia,100mm height vitreous White brown or green including one galavnized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Shackle type insulator procelain vitreous White brown or green 90mm dia 75mm height for working pressure of 1100 volts including galvanized steel strips of section 31x3mm,12mm dia bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Loop type insulator,vitreous porcelain, white,brown or green small size with overall dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Pipe 25mm bore light grade (ISI marked) cut piece of 3.5 metre to 4 mtr length fixed vertically with bottom end fixed to paretpet wall/roof of the blgd with suitable clamps & fasteners or PCC work for stragiht vertical erection as directed by Engr-In-Charge and other end (at top) fixed to air termination rod with necessary bolts, nuts etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in position at various/different locations pit cover with lifting handle of pre-cast RCC (1:1:5:3) mix along with lifiting handle using 20mm graded crush stone aggragate type A-1 and reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/Sqm, and replacing existing earth pit cover for replacing broken/unserviceable pit cover complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of broken/damaged. Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphourus bronze 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed incl 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in position at various/different locations funnel alongwith wire mesh and replacing existing broken/damaged items complete all as specified & directed.

S&F standard danger notice plate as per IE rules 1956 for 11000 Volt & 440 volt with warning write in 3 language (Engilish, Hindi,Punjabi) of approved size 25cmx20cmx1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitrous enamlled white, with letter,figures and conventionla skull and bones in singnal red colour and fixed with MS clamp,bolts and nuts complete all as directed. Note :- warning sign must be reflective & clearly visitable at night.

Supply and replacement of Computerised Distribution chart in r/o sub station with clear glass cover & wooden frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- Rough distribution sketch to be given by Dept.

Supply & replacement of name board with in built LED lights of r/o main power house sub stations and Pump Houses with fitted required height of angle iron

Replacement for rubber mat size 2 Mtrx1Mtrx25mm thick confirming to IS 5424/69 for electrical insullations complete all as specified.

M&L for online centrifuging(filtration/dehydration) of transformer oil including checking directly electric strength of oil before and after filtration for transformers located in Minniebay area with suitable machine having filtration,heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength/insulation valve of oil. Note :- (i) DI-electric strength of oil afteriltration/dehydration shall be not less than 60KV/min (ii) The contractor shall take shutdown orders in writing from Engr-in-Charge before commencement of the work. (iii) The contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil. (iv) The di-electric strength of shall be tested before & after filtration and test resuilt shall be submitted to Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & fitting new transformer oil for topping up the transformers duly filtered with filtration plant having delictric strength not less than 60KV complate all as specified and as directed (Make Power Oil/Electrol/Servo) Note :- (a) The transformer oil shall be type EHV conforming to IS-335/1983. (b) Mineral oil grade shall be used. (c) The IR valve of transformer oil shall not be less than 60KV/min. (d) The unit rate shall be deemed to include the cost of filtration to cashive desired di- electric strength.

Supply and fill silica gel in breather of transformer all as specified. Note :- The silica gel shall be brought in air tight container.

M&L for spary painting with silicon acrylic heat resistant paint of approved quality & colour to indoor/outdoor step down transformer of 100 to 250KVA capacity installed at different location of AGE E/M Barnala under GE (AF) Halwara after throughtly scraping the existing corroded paint/rust filling of cavities complete incl writing the details such as SM/MES No all as specified and directed.

M&L for spary painting with silicon acrylic heat resistant paint of approved quality & colour to indoor/outdoor step down transformer of 500KVA capacity installed at different location of AGE E/M Barnala under GE (AF) Halwara after throughtly scraping the existing corroded paint/rust filling of cavities complete incl writing the details such as SM/MES No all as specified and directed.

S& replacement in silica gel breather assembly transparent type with first fill of silica gel suitable for 100 to 250 KVA transformer complete incl connecting with proper rubberized gasket complete all as specified and directed.
