Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 1 M from edge of cutting.All kinds of soil

Supplying and laying of stone soling hand packed tightly including ramming, watering and carriages complete. Including all carriages

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shutteringl.1:3:6 using nallah aggregates.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc for removal of same for foundations bases of columns etc

Brickwork with FPS brick of class designated in 1:6mix in superstructure above plinth upto floor five level.

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor v level (by manual means)
