M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories,bath and WC's etc shall be as under:-

(i) Application of Two component acrylic modified cementitious coating.

(aa) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement litance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from litanceand any other form of surface contamination. the installation instructions in manufacturer's published literature should be strictly compiled with, including but not limited to the following:-

(bb) Chipping out any visible cracks in ' V- Groove' pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part cleaning of cracks and then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putyy/ Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex/ perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitibond SBR latex/ Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush and vaccum pressure if required.

(cc) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified cemetitious coating of Sika Top seal - 107/brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/ CICO.

(dd) While the surface is still damp from saturation (SSD), apply one coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of Sika Top seal- 107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr fixit / STP/ CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions.

(ee) Apply glass fabric sheet of Sika Fab 1 / FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP while the first coat is wet.

(ff) Once touch dry apply second coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal- 107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr FiXit/ STP/ CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions on the entire area.

(gg) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat.

(hh) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimu 300mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface.

(jj) It is essential to cure acrylic modified cementitious coating immediately after application ( minimum 6-8 hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 54 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking.

(kk) A protection plaster ( 12-15 mm thick) in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls.

Admixture : - Sika Plastocrete plus/ FPSROC/ Dr Fixit / STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645.

Providing and applying a protection screed of 50 mm thick 1:4 cement sand mortar admixed with Sika plastocrtete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces.

Admixutre : Sika Plastocrete Plus/ FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645

(mm) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.

(nn) waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised.

(ii) All the joints of pipesand traps within sunken portion shall be selaed properly by Epoxy sealant.

(iii) All CI traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (min 15cm) all - round.

(iv) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

(v) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450mm to 600 mm long) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

(vi) Providing 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate as in flooring for laying floor finish all as specified. Note :- Item No 28.22 & 28.24 shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded aggregate thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC type B-0 (1:2:4) (12.5mm stone graded aggregate), 40 mm thick as for receiving top finishing layer of ceramic tiles for sunken portion finished even and smooth etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable bulkhead fitting & S&F LED light fitting 1x9 watt/1x10 watt bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED Bldg security light fitting 35 W housing made out of die cast aluminum alloy with toughed glass, IP 65/66 protection having clamp for mounting on wall working on 240 V AC 50 Hz, 20 watts including fixed on wall with 02 Nos MS clamps and bracket made of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe bend to shape. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) and connecting up and including provision of twisted three core PVC insulated flexible cord of 0.75 Sqmm copper conductor of required length from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as specified and directed. Taking down unserviceable MCB’s and S&F following type/rating MCB’s including necessary connection as under:-

(a) S&F of MCB, 10 to 32 Amp, SP, 240 Volt .

(b) S&F of MCB, 25 to 32 to Amp, SPN, 240 Volt.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any sizes and M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated, unsheathed copper condutor, multi stranded cable of size 6.00 Sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn PVC concealed conduit of size 19/20 mm (ISI marked) including PVC accessories complete incl cutting and chasing and making good etc including one run of 6.00 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi-stranded PVC insulated, unsheathed cable as earth wire continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Three run of 6.00 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.)

S&F water heater storage type electric, capacity 25 litres BEE 5 star BEE rating AC 230 volts, 50 Hz vertical type including M&F for grouting four Nos rack bolt for holding of water heater on wall including making good and match existing surfaces and complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Usha Misty , Bajaj or euivalent as mentioned in Appx of list of make.
