Construction of RCC underground 7 Nos. storage tanks of following capacity with top dome , including excavation in all kinds soil strata in (Design Mix) not leaner than 1:1.5:3 Nominal mix concrete in foundtion, walls, bottom slab and providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand: 3 grded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) nominal mix & curing complete excluding the cot of form work and reinforement for reinforced concrete, smooth finishing in 1:3 in side the tank, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff within all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow & scoure pipe with bye pass arrangement consistingof GI/MS pipes including all fittings and valves, sluice valves of required classes and dia and all other acessories required such as MS ladders SFRC man hole cover with frames (Medium duty) with locking arrangement , water level indicator, RCC chamber for all valves, Ventilating shafts shall also be provided. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness. All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code to the entire satisfction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper work blasting soft or hard rock or by chiselling where blasting is prohibited soft/hard rock in all lifts stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structures in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand)(2nd class)

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses, and framed work including cutting ,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in Beams, joint, channels angles , Tees flats with connecting plates or angle cleats in main cross beam hip and Jack rafter purlins connected to common rafter and the like as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing steel barbed wire (IS:278-1962 Type-1) weighting 9.38 kg per 100 mtrs laying and fixing any type of standard rails straining bolts including secring with and provision of mixed mild steel wire staples or steel pipe etc as directed (post and struts of wood, struts of wood, concrete steel and strainging bolts shall be paid for separately)
