Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n exc 1.5 sqm each.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each.

Taking down shutters of any description not exc 1 sqm each

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sq.m each

Supply & Fixing 2nd class hard wood (sal) plain, solid, straight chawkhats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete panelled shutter all as specified.

M&L for 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain, framed factory made panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered partical board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I),kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing 30mm thick 2nd class hardwood(Sal) glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided in to squares,with plain, chamfered or rounded , mitred and rebated sash bars,any numbers ; edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, in opening as per specifiecation and drawings as per SSR Part I complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement forstyle and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as specified
