Demolition in cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape with grey cement and pigment any shape ,size and colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge ( Make:-M/s Mehtab,M/s NITCO, M/s CEME and any approved Make )

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finished in CM 1:4 complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in - Charge

Supply and spreading sand under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in - Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with gray pigment cement set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directedby Engr-in-Charge ( Make:-M/s Mehtab,M/s NITCO, M/s CEME and any approved Make)

M & L for plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 ( using 12.5mm graded aggregate )as in coping , bed block and surface channel of drain all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L hardcore of gouge n exc 63mm broken stone or boulder, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge

Removing debries to distance of exc. 1.5 m bu n. exc. 5.00 Km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete artic complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L prepration of old surfaces of new plastered wall applying two one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cemet plalster in CM 1:4 over wall / concrete RCC columns, beam and RCC chajja finished even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down old cement plaster in patches as complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L prepartain of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying 2 coats of cement based paint on one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in coping etc, including neessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.by Engr-in Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted brick, stone, concrete or plastered surfaces of road side kerbs and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in two different colours pattern as directed, complete all as specified

Removing building materials/ debries to a distance of 5.1 Km , beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge ( Note :- Each Load Shall comprise of at least 5.00 Cum )

Disamantling wrough iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L preparation of new steel surface nof any description, over 10cm in width or girth,applying two caots of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chorme primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge .

M & L preparation of old or previously treated steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge .

M & L preparation of old or previously treated steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge .

Suppy and fixing in repairs concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 900mm dia having 50 nos round per 6mtr length, spiring core wire (2.5mm thick ) of high tensile strength of 165kg/Sqm with tape (.52mm thick ) and weight 43.47 gm per meter and fixing the same with existing/New Y shaped angle iron placed 3m apart with all fixing arrengment GI wire complete all as specified and as diected by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The concertina coil shall be fixed on existing Y section angles and dia shall be maintained 900mm including Fixing clips/binding wires required to tietning up concertina to angle iron Frame .

S & F for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Restraining, restructuring of barbed wire, Making good staples complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.
