Dismantling removing all unsound concrete, plastered material etc by chipping/chiseling gently at all effected and adjoining areas of concrete etc till sound surface is reached at various locations in building subsequently cleaning the surfaces by hair brush and air blower and including removal of the debris outside MoD land including hoisting assembling and fixing of double layer steel scaffolding to external perimeter of building complete all as specified and directed .

Removing of concrete all around reinforcement bar upto 12 mm dia and over from behind the reinforcing bars average 25mm (but not less than 15mm air gap)by manual methods (using wire brushing ,chiseling etc) and M&L for applying chloride free rust removing chemical on rusted steel reinforcement bar and removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by emery paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry and totally rust free of reinforcement bar as per manufacturer's instruction acomplete all as specified and directed. Make( Rust removing chemical ):- Reebaklens RR of FOSROC/ SIKA/STP or equivalent as approved by GE.

Preparation of existing reinforcement surface by brush and M&L for applying two component epoxy zincrich primer on existing reinforcement surface by brush (minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50N/mm2 and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre) complete all as specified and directed. Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for TMT bar upto 12 mm dia and over for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position with & using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and placing in position 60 mm average thickness free flow non shrink cementitious micro concrete of Grade of M-50 to the effected beam, column etc . The micro concrete shall have a minimium 1 day compressive strength of 10 Mpa and 28 days strength of 50 Mpa, minium tensile strength 5N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimium flextural strength 5N/mm2 @ 28days complete all as specified and directed. M&L for providing and placing in position 40 mm average thickness free flow non shrink cementitious micro concrete of Grade of M-50 to the effected beam, column etc . The micro concrete shall have a minimium 1 day compressive strength of 10 Mpa and 28 days strength of 50 Mpa, minium tensile strength 5N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimum flextural strength 5N/mm2 @ 28days complete all as specified and directed. Supply, mixing and applying two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement morter, 25 mm thickness (average) at places where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible . The morter shall be applied in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in smaller vertical pockets and horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimium compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar to be used @ 6 ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimium compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimium flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 upto 25 mm average thickness High complete all as specified and directed. Make :- SIKA/FOSROC/HINDCON or equivalent as approved by GE) NOTE:- Cement and sand morter in proportion of 1:2 graded coarse sand ) with polymer admixed in proportions approved

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of column, pillars, posts, stanchions for rough foinished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides and soffit of beams, lintels, cantilevers, shelves etc for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying of high efficiency polymeric resin base film forming curing agent/compound over concrete surface (maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre as per manufacturers instruction) complete all as specified and directed.
