Providing services for operation of the sub stations No 1,3 & 4 by Electricians at MH (CTC), SFA New/old Golibar maidan, JCO's/Ors living area by attending various HT/LT faults in the sub stations jurisdication, attending the various complaint in three shifts of 08 hours each round the clock including Sundays and Holidays complete in working hours as decided by the MES authority including HT/LT, control panels, GOD/DO, HT/LT cable, overhead line etc for the following equipments complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge :- (a) Transformers 100 KVA to 500 KVA.

Providing services for operation of the sub stations No 2 including complaint cell and attending HT/LT defects, complaints as and when if required by Electricians at MH (CTC), OTM/Officers/JCO's/ORs living, OT, RICU, SICU wards etc in three shifts of 08 hours round the clock each including Sundays and Holidays complete in working hours as decided by the MES authority including HT/LT, control panels, GOD/DO, HT/LT cable, overhead line etc for the following equipments complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge :- (a) Transformers 100 KVA to 350 KVA.

Providing semi skelled assistance to electrician for attending of various faults HT/LT by electrician of the sub stations No 2 including complaint cell and attending HT/LT defects, complaints as and when if required by Electricians at MH (CTC), OTM / Officers / JCO's / ORs living, OT, RICU, SICU wards etc in two shifts of 08 hours each including Sundays and Holidays complete in working hours as decided by the MES authority including HT/LT, Control Panels, GOD/DO, HT/LT cable, overhead line etc for the following equipments complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Providing services for mainteance of Internal/External electric supply if any at PCDA (O) and NADFM in one shift of 08 hours each including Sundays and Holidays complete in working hours as decided by the MES authority including HT/LT, control panels, GOD/DO, HT/LT cable, overhead line, maintenance and operation, pump set/DG set etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note of Item No. 1 to 4 :- (a) All the tradesmen shall wear Khaki colour pant and Shirt tagged with name plate on the left side and name of the firm on right side and black shoes dress , gum boots, rain coat etc which shall be provided by the contractor and rate quoted above is deemed to inclusive for the same. (b) Each shift shall be of Eight hours and there shall not be any interval between the shifts. The reliever for weekly / holiday off are to be arranged at contractor’s cost and no extra payment will be made. (c) All the tools, T&P, safely equipment such as pipe wrench etc shall be provided by the contractor and rate quoted above is deemed to inclusive for the same. (d) All Stationary including attendance register, log sheet etc for installation as per direction of Engr-in-Charge required register, pen, electrical shock chart, etc (e) Adequate amount of insurance of all the workers shall be made against workers compensation act against any accident before commencement of work without any extra cost to Deptt. (f) Day to day maintenance shall be carried out by the contractor. Materials other than grease, glands, fuse wire shall be supplied by the department. Grease and Glands, fuse wire required shall be provided by the contractor and rate quoted above is deemed to inclusive for the same.

(g) The contractor shall be responsible for safe custody of all the machinery / Installations installed in MES installation. [IMPORTANT- for Note (a) to (g)- Cost of the same included in the quoted rates of item No 1 to 3 above) Detail of T&P to be provided to the staff is given in PS Clause.] (h) Contractor shall solely responsible for any mishappening / accident and loss to life due to negligence of the workmen engaged in the work. Nothing extra / No compensation shall be admissible on this account. (i) All the electricians, employed shall be ITI passed with not less than two year of experience in the respective field having good knowledge of operation, Maintenance and repair of and their operation and will have to produce certificate to Engineer in Charge at the time of commencement of work or at the time of any change of tradesmen.

(j) In case of any break down of any / HT/LT system etc MES authority reserve the right to use any staff employed or companied staff of all the employed MES installation to attend during break down. (m) Semi skilled assistance (mate) to assist and electrician should have min 2 yrs of experiance in HT/LT distribution system including operation of HT/LT system and equipment and should able to waste on HT/LT independent in case of emegency and should have sound knowlege of LT systems. (k) All the electricians, Pump house operators employed shall be ITI passed with not less than two year of experience in the respective field having good knowledge of operation, Maintenance and repair of HT and LT electric cables/ OH lines and OCB/ VCB, Transformer, LT Panel & pump/motor, Diesel Gen SET and their operation and will have to produce certificate to Engineer in Charge at the time of commencement of work or at the time of any change of tradesmen. (k) All the workers should possess sound health to work on electrical lines/ pump house and their age must lie between 20 to 45 years.

(l) The Contractor shall sign inventory of the equipment/Bldg of MES installation before commencement of work any damage/theft to the Govt. property, the contractor will be responsible and recover to this effect will be made as decided by GE and the copy of the inventory to be forwarded before commencement of work to GE office duly signed by contractor and MES rep. (m) If there is any change of staff by the contractor, the same shall be informed by the contractor in advance in writing to the accepting officer before Three days. The Accepting Officer reserves the right whether to change the staff or not, however Accepting Officer can remove concern Employee on the basis of Non Performance. (o) The operator / attendant shall not leave the installation without reliever and Installation shall not be left un-manned in any case. If any staff found absent, Two times of the min wages prescribed as quated rate shall be charged as panalty.

(p) If any staff remains continuously absent for more than a weak and contractor fail to replace the staff and the same employee continuously absent for another weak same will be informed to next MES authority and the CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED and to this effect Decision of the GE is Final & Binding. (q) All payment to the staff employed shall be as per minimum wages decided by Govt. and shall be paid through bank to the staff bank accounts and a copy of payment as proof shall be produced at the time of RAR by the Contractor. No RAR will be paid to the contractor without producing the Bank statement as a Proof of Payment. (r) Daily Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and inside the installation shall be carried out by the staff employed by contractor without any extra cost to the department and if fails to do the maintenance a penalty of Rs 500 per Day will be charged and decision of GE is Final & Binding. (s) Item covered Note 1 ( (a ) to (v) contactor should give in writing the name of staff / certificate / detail of bank account / T&P / stationery / min maintenance item required as above to the MES authority within Three days of commencement of work if the contractor fail to do so entire staff will be treated as absent to the further days.

Cutting and removing all green vegation / grass /small plant AND branches of tree over shooting HT structure in and around the MES INSTALLATION of ITEM -1 (above) to the ground level and up keeping and maintaing the area with in the compound along the approch road 600 mm wide on both side of the road to max of 5 mtrs in a suitable way complete all as apecifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. [Note - All green vegetation shall be maintained to ground level one time in twice of month if found not maintained double the quated rate shall be charged as penalty]

Cutting and removing all green vegation / grass /small plant AND branches of tree over shooting in and around the all MES INSTALLATION of ITEM -2 (above) and to the ground leve and up keeping and maintaing the area with in the compound along the approch road 600 mm wide on both side of the road to max of 5 mtrs in a suitable way complete all as specifed and directed [Note - All green vegetation shall be maintained to ground level during the day if found not maintained double the quated rate shall be charged as penalty]
