Day to Day Maintenance for attending breakdowns, servicing and repairing of electrical installations at staff quarters of various types, A, B, C, D, E and Scientist apartments having 1, 2, 3 & 4 BHK accommodations in G+1, G+2, G+3, pump houses, Samudhaya Bhavan and playground details shown in annexure -1. The work shall be complied as per detailed scope of work and other terms & conditions specified in the tender document between 6:00 hours to 22:00 hours. Note: Necessary materials, spares will be supplied by CSIR-NAL

Supply of 12W,LED cool white surface mounting square panel with aluminium die cast housing including control drives etc.,. suitable for operation on 230V ac supply.

Supply of 60W LED Street light pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant control driver, toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection, better optics for uniform distribution The fixing clamps shall not less than 50mm. suitable for 230V, AC supply.

Supply of Digital Multiple programmable Time switch,battery operated with real time clock in 24hr format containing LCD display and 4 switching per day with program hour and program minute buttons can be enabled by shorting terminals to program the load's start time and duration for which the load should be “ON” suitable for operating voltage on 240v AC Supply.

Supply of the following voltage grades Electrical Caution Danger boards made out of suitable thickness MS sheet of size 1' x 1' as per norms of Central Electricity Authorities(CEA) with neat back ground painted in white colour and visible texts shall be in bright red coloured, written in 3 languages- Kannada, Hindi and English used for electrical substation panels with requred provision of hanging mechanism as required. (Not for sticking on the panels). Note:The Caution boards shall be got approved by the CSIR-NAL authorities before supplying to the site.

Supply of the following colour Industrial safety helmets made out of suitable grade HDPE / plastic with rachet and sling mechanism manufactured as per industrial safety council norms as required. Note:The Helmets shall be got approved by the CSIR-NAL authorities before supplying to the site.

Supply of safety belt should be suitable for use by electricians and servicemen engaged in the erection, installation and maintenance of electric line poles. This belt shall consist of a waist belt and a pole strap with a special type of freely moving buckle. The waist belt and the pole strap belt shall both have fastening buckles with the provision for adjustments. The pole strap should be fastened around the pole by means of the freely moving buckle which shall be secured firmly and shall provide greater grip in the event of the user falling. The stress and the weight of the user should help to hold the pole strap more securely. The safety belt shall comply with I.S.3521-1989/1990 or latest version of reputed make.
