M-150 brick work in 1:3 with (one cement and three Corse sand mortar) in foundation and plinth inculuding supply of all meterials,labour and T&P etc.reuired for proper complete of work.

12mm thick Plaster in 1:3 with cement,coarse sand mortar including supply of all material ,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work

R.C.C columns work in with cement approved coarse sand and 2Cm gauge approved stone grit in proporation of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors,windows and sunsheds excluding supply of reinforcement and lits bending but i/c its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and i/c necessary centering and shuttering etc.and supply of all material, labour and T&P etc.requried for proper compaction of work.Binding wire of Supplied by the contractor free of cost.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work.

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Cement concrete with 4cm gague approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proporation of 4:2:1 but with 2cm gaguge stone gritt instead of 4cm gauge stone ballast inculding supply of all materials labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.As par S.I No-279A Ch.-05

Fabrication of structure steel angle & channel including supply of all material ,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work

Supply and Fixing gavanized corrugated iron roofing 24 B.W.G in posttion inculuding supply of all meterials,labour and T&P etc.reuired for proper complete of work.

Applying two coat enaimel paint of superior quality over one coat primer including supply of all material ,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work

Add CGST+SGST @18% of Estimate cost
