For 33 KV Line, Four pole structure:- Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75mm.) in the bottom of the pit. Erection of support (pole) complete with fixing of cross basing angle and all other accessories by providing stone pad and nuts & bolts etc. as per RESPO Norms.

Grouting of Poles Single line support :- Grouting of support in CC 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size 45cm x 45cm x 1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per RESPO Norms.

Grouting of stay rods (20x1800mm.) including all works of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)M in the ratio of 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

Fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts, bolts etc.

Earthing of support with MS Earth Rod of (20x2500)mm. long including excavation of pit and driving MS Rod 3.0M apart from support and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. Wire No.6 SWG tightening with nuts and bolts.

Laying of Dog conductor at substation yard kanth as per RESPO Norms.

Construction of steel structure for C.T. by providing all type of material, labour and T&P. Complete work as per RESPO norms.

Installation of CT 400/200/1A on structure, making proper connection as per RESPO norms.

Installation of CT 200/100/1A on structure, making proper connection as per RESPO norms.

Construction of Main bus bar at kanth substation yard by providing all type of material, labour and T&P. Complete work as per RESPO norms.

Construction of steel structure for L.A. by providing all type of material, labour and T&P. Complete work as per RESPO norms.

Fixing of L.A.on structure, making connection complete work as per RESPO norms.

Providing and replacement of W.T.I. of power transformer installed at substations under EDD-2 Moradabad and making tripping healthy after wiring.
