PROVN OF RIFLE RACKS AT STATION ARMOURY OF AF STATION MUMBAI UNDER GE (AF) THANE

Supply and fix double deckered, double sided rifle rack built in clean sawn 2nd class hard wood as shown in Drawing No GE (AF) T/SK/01/2025 Sheet No 1/1 & 2/2 including framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue, pinned at joints, excavation of post hole in concrete surface for embeding of legs upto 375mm deep, filling in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in mass concrete and making good to embeded surface,removal of debries from site, two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of pink primer. The overall size of rifle rack is (5400mm length x 710mm width x 2025mm height from floor) complete all as specified and shown in drawing. Notes:- (a) The wooden framed rifle racket in double deckered on both side is prepared to hold 100 rifles in each rack. (b) All fittings i.e nut bolt & washer, flat iron stay, boarding,wooden bracket, plain cement concrete,painting and other fittings as shown in drawing are inclusive in quoted rate.
