3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid over a coat of oil based bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions including removal of existing felt /treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V section in existing RCC roof slab or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified.

Rendering 20 to 25 mm thick in cement (1:3) on faces of concrete surface(edges of chajjas, roof, roof projectios and similar items) in two layers , finished surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement including taking down broken surfaces of concrete and applying two coats of exterior grade, weather proof acrylic emulsion paint of existing shade, all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be carried out upto 15m height.

Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in chajja and parapet wall, including shuttering /formwork, complete all as specified and directed .

Note:- In treads of stair/ winodw cills, granite stone used shall be in one piece.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, window cills and other similar situations, all as specified and directed.

Granite stone 16mm thick laid over 10mm thick cement mortar in CM 1:3, machine cut as in skirting/dado/risers of stair case etc and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite , including cutting and polishing , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In risers of stair, granite stone used shall be in one piece.

Vitreous china wash hand basin, white, with pedestal, including MS brackets (of angle iron of size 30mm x30mm x 5mm, 450mm long) and cutting for and pining in ends of brackets, including CP pillar tap, 32mm dia waste coupling, 32mm dia PVC waste pipe, PVC connections, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed

Chipping of loose/ damaged / cracked / previously repaired/ weak concrete by chieseling to expose the sound core concrete where ever required and to expose rusted reinforcement upto depth n.exc 50mm , cleaning of reinforced concrete surface by air compressor , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply rust remover cum passivator to remove rust from existing reinforcement by using Product : Rustoff-100 of Sika or equivaIent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE, with density 1.01 Kg/ltr at 30°C and consumption of 0.2 kg/Sqm per coat, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The material to be applied thoroughly on exposed reinforcement bars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as length of bar x two times the dia of bar.

Cement base polymer modified corrosion protection system (sikatop Armatec -108 of Sika or equivalent make in fosroc/ thermax as approved by GE ,carbonation resistance : 2 mm) to existing reinforcement , applied @ 3.75 Kg/Sqm for two coats , complete all as specified and directed Note: The material to be applied throughly on exposed rebars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as lenght of bar x two times the dia of bar.

Prepartation of old RCC surfaces, cleaning complete as per manufacturer's specification, providing, mixing and applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared surfaces using product: Siladur-32 LP of Sika or equivalent ion fosroc/ thermax as approved by GE @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specifid and directed.

Providing by mixing and trowel application of pre packed, light weight, two component structural grade polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic cement with Sika Monotop 122F of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc /Thermax as approved by GE with an average thickness exceeding 10mm and upto 25mm to the prepared concrete surfaces of soffit of slabs, beam, columns, parapets, fins and fascias at any height including finishing af applied Polymer mortar as per the technical specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing by mixing and trowel application of pre packed, light weight, two component structural grade polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic cement with Sika Monotop 122F of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc /Thermax as approved by GE with an average thickness upto 10mm to the prepared concrete surfaces of soffit of slabs, beam, columns, parapets, fins and fascias at any height including finishing af applied Polymer mortar as per the technical specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply ready to use non shrink, cementious free flow micro concrete (<100mm) using Product : SikaRep(R) Microcrete-4 + adequate coarse aggregate, yield : approx 17 ltr/bag (30 kg) (depending on the size and quantity of coarse aggregate added), Product : SikaRep(R) Microcrete-4 or equivalent make in Fosroc/Thermax as approved by GE, Product requirements : compressive strength >60 N/Sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99, complete all as specified and directed.

Steel form work, water tight for centering and shuttering including bolting, strutting, propping etc. ,complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and erecting hydraulic and manual steel props upto full height, from floor to ceiling, braced at centre, resting on wedge and block to support the structure provisionally during repair work and maintaining them in position till required, all as directed. NOTES : i) Hydraulic & manual steel props will be provided, erected and maintained (Gap between vertical props shall not be more than 1.00 M in either direction) at site on the basis of site requirement , as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. ii) For Srl item No: 94 to 102, Work to be executed by the material manufacturers authorised applicator. Cement used for the structural repair / rehabilitation work shall be of OPC grade.

Sub main wiring (with approved colour coding as per IS) with two single core 4 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable 1.1 KV grade (main cable two runs of main cable) alongwith one run of single core 4 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated flexible stranded copper donductor 1.1 KV grade of earth for earthing in and including PVC Concealed conduit of minimum size 25 mm along with its accessories . Note: i) Cost of PVC Conduit & Cutting Chases for conduit and its accessories and making good for walls shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Color code shall be Red for phase, black for neutral and green for earth. (iii) For payment purposes, total runs of main cable (each run of one running metre) as mentioned above and one run (one running metre) of earth cable shall be considered together as "1 running metre"
