Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor for all RCC works on bothways including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Reinforced Cement Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with above ( 5.0 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing, etc., and complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirement of IS standards.( No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Earthwork excavation in Hard red earth, Hard gravelly/semi pervious soil obtained from borrow area of nearby villages with a lead 5 KMMR including conveyance and filling the overcuts, erroded canal banks etc., with gravelly/semi pervious soil compactable with sub grade materials in layers of 15 cm thick and thorougly compacted to 10cm with suitable compactors/pnuematic hamers as per technical spercifications including unloading and stacking at work site for premeasurement etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, fabricating, supplying and fixing in position of screw gearing shutters of size 0.45 m x 0.60m made out of 45x45x6mm ' L' angle for outer frame shutter covered by 6mm thick HR sheet by welding all round. Groove angle made out of 50x50x6mm 'L' angle for the height of 0.90m on both ends, sill beam and guide angle in middle and top made out of same angle. Screw rod of 40mm dia MS polished shaft to a length of 0.90m and threaded to a length of 0.55m. Top channel assembly made out of 100x50mm MS channel to a length of 1.00m-1nos including fish plates,bed bolt shutter operating spanners and locking cup arrangements etc., The rate is inclusive of replacing & scrapping old shutters with allied masonry works & including cost of materials,labour charges,conveyance and cost of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of AC black paint etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
