M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-2, using 100 mm thick as in path hard standing etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 75mm thick as in plinth protection, path etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall applying two coat of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint on external surfaces including a coat of alkali resistant priming paint of any height including 2-3 mm thick external wall care putty and including necessary scaffolding and T&P required to complete the work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling/stone slab incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic cladding/ elevation tiles joint free in vertical surfaces of size 350x250x7-8mm/ 450x300-350x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete block, at any height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, built in CM (1:6) as in parapet, steps complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs set in cement concrete 1:4, placed in position over manholes etc including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/screwed to wall or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes/square, channels, plates etc including welding, grinding buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement and including providing holes for nails or screws or rivet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) bold letter/ number/ arrow/symbol of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc including welding, grinding buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing in the wall/ frame/ and other structure with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size including providing holes for nails or screws or rivet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for black polished granite self, windows cill, or on cooking platform 20mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate of granite stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/ edges incl holes for pipe all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and granite polishing to achieve the desired granite finish all as specified.

S&F framed work as in steel gate in (ornamental and intricate design) such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290.Gde -E-165 including all fittings and fixtures etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in post, gate etc filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, posts, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces cleats Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A etc complete all as specified and directed.
