Supply and errection of Cast iron ornamental lamp post 900mm -1000mm. ( bollard type) with base plate ( As per Approved sample/ drawing enclosed) having provision at bottom for built in gear box fitted with PVC 4 way connector 63 amp. The bollard shall be powder coated painting confirming to Dewarka catalogue (DBL-103, 90/100 CM) /equivalent standard make as directed by engineer incharge The bollard should be CI ornamental design carvings ,engraved and embrosse over it with ant corrosive polyurethane enamel with antique finish with inbuilt 18 watt LED Lamp .Further the bollard shall be erected on prelaid foundation as pe enclosed drawing.

Providing and laying of cement concrete foundation in the ratio of 1:2:4 after digging a pit of required size with its Reinforcement as per enclosed drawing including nuts and bolts welded properly with reinforcement tar steel complete.The job includes steel shuttering and removal of excuated earth and shuttering of above ground foundation block (2.6 ft x 1 ft x 1 ft)

Supplying and laying of required/suitable size of DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc.direct in ground (40-50 cm below ground level)for carrying out cables including excavation and refilling the trench and the surface level properly. The job includes the removal of excivated surplus earth

Providing of an Earthing using 3ft Long Gi electrode to be driven into earth pit bottom and extending through 10 swg GI wire. The Gi wire should be welded poperly with electrode and fitted with the bollard foundation bolt.

S/L , testing and commissioning of LT Power Cable , copper conductor ,XLPE Insulated,unarmoured cable 650 V/1100 V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with upto Date Amendments.Copper cable Havell/Paraflex/Eq. standard make as desired by the engineer incharge and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs of required size. a) 4 sq.mm 4 core(un-armoured)

Providing power connection to the bollard lamp holder using 3-core ,1.5 Sq.mm twin core flexible wire from connector to holder

Supplying and fixing of 40-63 Amps rating DP 240/415 volts (10KA) of Legrend /L&T /ABB /Simens /Schinder make dully isi marked complete with connections.of Legrand / ABB /Schneider /L&T /Simens make Bollard Ckt = 1 no. AC O/P = 2 No AC I/P = 1 No Spare = 1 No.

The job also includes p/f of pvc flexible drain pipe of length 12 mts alongwith fittings.The job further encompasses carrying out repairs to walls whereever the same are cut.The job includes AMC of AC for a period of two years from date of sucessfull commissioning .
