Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required (a) 3x1.5 sq mm

(b) 6 x 1.5 sq mm

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. (a) 20 mm

Wiring for circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit as required. (a) 2x6 sq. mm. + 1x6 sq. mm earth wire.

S&F metal box of 180 mm x 100 mm x 60 mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in Front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as reqd.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.(a) 63 Amps

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB / RCCB / Isolator). (The DB shall include proper ferruling for all incoming and outgoing wires, including MCB numbering using printed PVC ferrules, DB number marking on the front door, and circuit schedule sheet pasted inside the DB with corresponding MCB circuit details. All wires shall be tagged appropriately with ferrule numbers matching the circuit designation for easy identification and maintenance. Neutral and earth link bars shall be clearly differentiated using colored ferrules e.g., black for neutral, green for earth for each connected wire to ensure easy identification and compliance with standards.) Note: i) Surface or flush mounted DB's shall be provided with suitable size frame work and neatly grouted on to wall and DB shall be fixed on to the frame work using bolts & nuts and other fixing accessories. ii) DB's concealed in wall shall include cut of necessary civil works and other fixing accessories. iii) The DB's shall be horizontal / vertical type as per configuration of incoming/outgoing feeders. iv) The DB's shall be factory made of approved make and necessary available higher size configured DB's shall be used using approved makes such as Havells, Schneider, Legrand or L&T. Supply and fixing of 1x20 watt LED battern type luminari of 4 ft length with tube. The luminari shall be weather proof IP 65 (minimum) protected. The housing shall be UV resistant ppoly carbonate diffuser shall be open polycarbonate for clear free illumination CCT 6000-6500 K, Intensity > 100 Lumens CR>100 PF > 0.9 with 02 years warranty. complete as required.
