Installing of Healty Transformer, connection HT&LT of 250 KVA T/F at substation Single Pole/double poles/plinth by Healthy transformer (including connection) and loading and unloading with associated work at both ends within 70 kms.

Making of wire maseh fencing of size 2 x 2 x 1.5 mm for 250 KVA Transformer with plinth all accessories as per RESPO Norms.

Providing & Fixing of Nut Bolts & Aluminum HT/LT Lugs, etc.

Earthing of Water Lever Neutral and body with G.I. Pipe High Quality for 250 KVA Transformer as per RESPO Norms.

Earthing High Quality for 25 KVA Transformer as per RESPO Norms.

Making All HT/LT Connections and releasing of proper supply

For 11 KV Line, Single support 13/11/9/8.5 Mtr. long ST/PCC Poles :-

Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75mm.) in the bottom of the pit. Erection of support (pole) complete with fixing of 11 KV V-Type cross-arms and all other accessories by providing stone pad, cross arms, holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts etc. as per RESPO Norms.

For 11 KV Line, Double Pole structure with 13/11/9/8.5 Mtr. long ST/PCC Poles :-

Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole). Erection of support (pole) complete work by fixing of Clamps and all other accessories. The work includes fabrication work and fixing of cross bracing sets, cutting holes complete work as per RESPO Norms.

Grouting of Poles Single line support :- Grouting of support in CC 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size 45cm x 45cm x 1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per RESPO Norms.

Grouting of stay rods (20x1800mm.) including all works of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)M in the ratio of 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

Fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts, bolts etc.

Earthing of support with MS Earth Rod of (20x2500)mm. long including excavation of pit and driving MS Rod 3.0M apart from support and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. Wire No.6 SWG tightening with nuts and bolts.

Laying, sagging, stringing and binding of ACSR Weasel/ Dog Conductor with all other accessories on pole as per RESPO Norms.

Laying, sagging, stringing and binding of LT Cable and LT PVC Cable with all other accessories on pole as per RESPO Norms.

Providing and fixing of Danger Board with clamp, nut and bolts.

Mounting and fixing of 25 KVA transformer on double pole including making proper connections.

Providing and fixing of holding clamp for top channel TPMO and fuse set etc. with nut and bolts.
