SH:I : Operation and Daily Maintenance

Job contract for Operation and daily maintenance of 3X115TR HVAC system along with all its acceessories and anciliairies viz. Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, AHUs, AC Management System, Valves and water lines etc. complete as required in two shifts ( one shift of 8 hours ), on all days including Sundays and Holidays etc. complete as required.

Job Contract for Preventive and unlimited Breakdown maintenance of Daikin make 3X115 TR ( actual with AHRI condition) Microprocessor based rotary screw type chillers including all spare parts, consumables, providing and refrigerent charging, overhauling, cleaning, reparing, testing, performance checking through OEM or its authorised service dealer etc. complete as required.

Job Contract for Preventive and unlimited Breakdown maintenance of 3X115 TR HVAC System (excluding Chillers as detailes in item no.2 ) comprising of Primary Chilled Water pumps, Secondary Chilled water pumps, Condenser pumps, Cooling Tower, Fan Coil units, Valves, stainers, Pipe lines, insulations, ducting, grills, diffusers, control panesl, Starters etc. as detailed in the Inventory including spares parts, consumables, sundry materials including performance checking, interlocking with FIDS/ FDAS / BMS, repairing, overhauling, rewinding etc. complete as required.

Job Contract for Preventive and unlimited Breakdown Maintenance contract including spare parts, consumables, sundry materials of 1.5 TR / 2 TR Window / split Airconditioing machines of diffrent makes along with all its accessories and anciliaries viz indoor unit, out door unit tc. including providing and providing & charging refrigerent, insulation, gas and liquid lines, drain lines, replacement of Compressors / electronic board, blower motors, Voltage stabilizer etc. complete as required. ( one Technician and one helper in one shift )

Dismantling of existing 1.5 / 2 TR window / split type air conditioing machines inlcluding bringing to AAI stores and making the damage good etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing & commisioning of 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR split AC unit ( IDU or ODU or both) at new location including gas charging as required etc complete as required

Supply of Extra refrigerating copper piping ( both suction and discharge), providing nitrile rubber insulation, teflon insulation tape and electrical cabeling etc. for all split/window Acs complete as required

Supply and fixing of PVC drain pipe ( 25 mm) nominal etc complete as required.

Job contract for Preventive and unlimited Break down maintenance contract for Eureka forbes make 80SS water cooler cum purifier with all accessories like filters, compressors etc. complete as required.
