Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, using type B1, (1:2:4), using 20mm graded stone aggregate exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Random Rubble stone masonary, Bangalore type brought upto courses, well bonded and bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Keyed pointing on new or old stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) including raking out joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work/stone walls/PCC and in drain walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc of any position and any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 100 mm thick (1:2:4), type B2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in hard standing/foot path & in PCC road etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire (including concertina coils) of any description including keeping serviceable barbed wire in safe custody for reuse at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc. for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire including straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Serviceable barbed wire obtained from Item No. 13 here-in-before shall be re used. (ii) Cost of Mild steel binding wire deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed. NOTE:- Cost of Mild steel binding wire deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix 350mm to 450mm dia punched type concertina coil having 51 spiral turns, dia 1.75mm with 9 rows of clip and stretched upto 4 to 5 mtr to get a spiral difference of 150mm dia with 4 to 5 kg per coil complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description like MS grills/MS angles in fencing /gates in ground & over wall of height upto 4mtr and similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates / grills of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering to doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard drawn steel wire fabric (dia of wire 3-4mm) size of aperture in mesh (25x25 / 50x50mm) or as per sample available in ADE lab to be welded in iron angles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any Section, Posts embedded in cement concrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire if required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Welding if done shall be measured and paid in appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply and fix Rolled Mild steel as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E - 165. including fabrication at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparing new steel and Iron surfaces of any descriptions, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil, each not exc. 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 Cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre and making good surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Plain Cement Concrete, (1:4:8), type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, etc. for foundation & filling of hume pipe culvert, in drain/ embedding / fixing RCC fencing posts or struts including use and waste of formwork as required/ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel as in angle, flat or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe-410W (GdeE-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11mm to 15mm diameter of Neck and length of Bolt exc. 10 Cm and not exc. 15 Cm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both Ends, each screwed End to be fitted with Washers and one hexagonal or square Nut, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour spot welding exc 2.5cm but n exc 5cm in length (thickness of metal to be welded exc. 6mm but n.exc 9 mm) for fixing of chain link fencing etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. like interlocking tiles/chequered tiles any pattern laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured inter locking paver blocks M-35, 60mm thick of approved pattern and make with grey cement & pigment, compressed over compacted earth complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of levelling of finished tiled surface with vibrator compacting machine etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 33 above but except interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Serviceable tiles as obtained from Sl Item No. 32 shall be reused.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D2, 100 mm thick, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for laying of interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Mining sand/stone dust shall be of approved quality and should be free from lumps / broken / flaky aggregate.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles (with grey cement and pigment) manufactured in rubber moulded finish of size not less than 300 x 300 x 22 to 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including 15 mm thick cement mortar screed in cement mortar (1:6) as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 37 above, but except tiles including making good of undulated tiles set right and leave all surroundings finished as it is complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Serviceable tiles as obtained from Sl Item No. 32 shall be reused.

Material and labour for kerb stone made out of Plain Cement Concrete type B1, (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregate),of cross sectional size 150 mm at bottom and 110 mm at top (tapering at length 210 mm height) with overall height 320 mm and 450 mm in length, surface finished even and smooth laid as directed as in road side kerb, setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
