Demolition of tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar laid on roof slab and removing debris to a distance exc 250 m and not exc 500 m all as directed.

Complete Removal of existing water proofing treatment including PCC of any thikness description in any position including cleaning, wire brushing , watering and removing of debris up to 1500 m distance complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.including removal of dust, debris/rubbish to a distance exc 250m and not exc 500 m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Grubbing up small trees girth exc 5cm but not exc 20 cm over roof slab/wall including digging out roots, filling holes with PCC (1:2:4) or in cement mortar (1:3) and levelling the surfaces as directed including cleaning the site by removal of unserviceable material to a distance not exc 50m all as directed.

Material and labour for bedding layer of PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof terrace finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with Water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to existing roof slab using APP memrane as under:- (a) Apply a uniform coat of blown bitumen grade 85/25 at 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (b) APP modified pre fabricated membrane mineral finish, 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished torch applications for membrane with 100 mm overlap after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturer's instructions. (C) Apply a uniform coat of bitumen primer at 0.70 kg/Sqm (d) Apply aluminium paint on top at 0.1 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) All the angles, abutments and the drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage, (ii) The work shall be executed through manufacturer's applicator as approved by GE

Supply only integral Water proofing compound.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc. all as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings all as directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls, fixed with coach screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick Non-asbestos fibre cement, one-piece plain angular ridge suitable for corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc., fixed with coach screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix precolour coated high tensile steel corrugated galvalume sheet roofing with yield strength (550 Mpa) pre painted with Aluminium (55%) and Zinc (45%) alloy coating applied through contineous hot dip process having total coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm with minimum coating mass on both sides @ 150 gram/Sqm, in length and width as per site condition fixed with compitable accessories as per manufacturers instructions through specialist agency and the profile and the shade shall be as approved by the GE and all as specified and directed. Note : End laps not less than 25 cm and side lap at least one corrugation, mastic lapping tape is to be provided at the laps and stitching screws should be provided at the side lap & end laps at interval of 600mm, eaves filler strip to be bonded to the valleys or pans with flexible water proof silicon sealant. Self tapping screw 65 mm long and 32 mm long is to be provided at crest and valleys respectively.

All as per item No.13 described here in before but fixing only (corrugated galvalume sheet obtained from item No.9 shall be reused) including filling of holes with chemical adhesive of Tar plast of STP/ equivalent chemical all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of cost of 'labour for unscrewing/ loosening the adjacent roof sheeting to facilitate working space for fixing valley gutter and refixing the roof sheeting'.

All as per item No.17 described here in before but fixing only (Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheet obtained from item No.9 shall be reused) including removal of adjacent roof covering sheets and re fixing in its original position after fixing of Valley gutter all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 2mm thick clear embossed/opal white polycarbonate sheet with UV stabiliser having at least 60-80% transparency as per relevant IS including fixing side and lapse with seal cover complete all as specified and as directed

Repairs to holes on galvalume sheet by applying chemical adhesive (Tar plast of STP or equivalent of other makes as listed in list of manufacturers here-in-after) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of high performance industrial roof vent of 600mm dia neck of aluminium alloy designed to meet ASS-2428 dated 28 Jan 93 to wind speed of 200 km/hr and to the entry of wind driven rain at a range of 2.50 lit per sec inclusive of base plate and including all accessories including taking down old roof vent complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed.

Supply and fix angles, channel, or Tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates, etc., cut to ordinary lengths fixed as in beams and purlin conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flat iron conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 for fixing of gutters with necessary bolt and nut complete all as directed.

Fixing only flat iron conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 for fixing of gutters with necessary bolt and nut complete all as directed, obtained from item No.22.00 shall be reused in original position in same place for fixing of gutter and other related work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams , hip and jack rafters: purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500 & not exc 1000 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Removing ,Cleaning , repair /refixing RWP pipes wherever required to keep in position in gutter with necessary fittings, (Mild steel clamp, strip and accessories shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix MS work clamps streps , supports or stays for rain water pipes , vent pipes, hold fast, including nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 32, above but except bricks. (Note:-The serviceable bricks obtained from ser item No 31 shall be re used)

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and benching etc., including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash all as directed.

Roughening the surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing with neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 , type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finish and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed.

Dismantling of floor tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises all as directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick of size, as approved by GE set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position all as directed.

Material and labour for RCC, 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillar etc all as directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured separately).

Material and labour for Formwork to sides of pillar, post, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc for fair finished surfaces of concrete all as directed.

Material and labour for RCC, 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supports on wall beams and column, in floors, roof, landing, and other drain slab etc all as directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured separately).

Material and labour for Formwork to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab floor slab landing and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick etc for fair finished surfaces of concrete all as directed.

Supply and fix TMT bars 10mm dia and above cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 19, here-in-before, but 8 mm dia TMT bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion from natural ground and making good disturbed ground all as directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC, 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm but n exc 250 sq.cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed including necessary forms and moulds. (Reinforcement shall be measured separately).

Supply and fix posts and struts in fencing, rolled mild steel as in joist, channel, flat iron, Square/circular tubes, angle or tee section etc, including cutting tops to shape fixed independently as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., without connecting plates conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings including steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 56, here-in-before but fixing and erection only (Old MS work dismantled from item No 22 shall be resued.)

Supply and fix Bands, straps, supports or stays hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as directed.

Dismentaling of expanded metal any thiknes or mesh ( weight not exceeding 4 kg / sqm) fixed with steel, wood fillets if any all as directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to MS nibs, precast RCC fencing post, struds etc., including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured and paid seperately)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 mtr openable length (total 90 m) having 50 Nos round per 6 mtr length , with exsiting angle iron 'Y' shaped placed at 2.4m or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retian horizontal including necessary bolts or GI bared wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T)/Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre. Note : MS angle and barbed wire shall be ameasured and paid separately.

Supply and fix 4 mm dia mild steel Wire, chain link fencing of size 100x150 mm mesh, made into mattresses, laped, wired, laid in position all as specified and directd.
