REPAIR MAINTENANCE AMC INCLUDING SPARES OF HYDRAULIC CYLINDER OF DIFFUSER

Supply of Seal Kits of Hydraulic Cylinder & Repair and Maintenance of Hydraulic Cylinder of Diffuser as per below details:

Supply of Parker Make Seal Kits and then repairing, machining & changing of Piston Rod with Complete Seal Kit of Hydraulic Cylinder 240 x100x1100 mm (Retract side Cylinder) Job includes; 1. Supply of Parker Make Complete Seal Kit & Wiper Kit of Hydraulic retract side cylinder of the size 240x100x1100mm = 3 Nos 2. Dismantling of the diffuser’s Hydraulic Cylinder (Make: Fluidtronik SA) 3. Inspection of Cylinder Body, Piston Rod etc. 4. Barrel welding & machining work as per required size of the Piston Rod. Metallurgy of the Barrel - 1.0580/E355. 5. Piston Rod of the mentioned size to be replaced with new one. Metallurgy of Piston Rod – EN 19T Induction hardened. Chrome plating of 60 microns minimum 02 layers. The Piston Rod will be supplied by the vendor. 6. Replacement of hydraulic cylinder seal kits with new seal kits and reassembly. 7. Checking the working & performance of the cylinder.

Supply of Parker Make Complete Seal Kit and Wiper Kit of Hydraulic forward side cylinder of the size 200x80x1100mm = 3 Nos 2. Dismantling of the diffuser’s Hydraulic Cylinder (Make: Fluidtronik SA) 3. Inspection of the Cylinder Body, Piston Rod, etc. 4. Barrel welding & machining work as per required size of the Piston Rod. Metallurgy of the Barrel - 1.0580/E355. 5. Piston Rod of the mentioned size to be replaced with new one. Metallurgy of Piston Rod – EN 19T Induction hardened. AMC of Diffuser complete Hydraulic system without materials as per details given below :

Annual Maintenance Contract of diffuser complete Hydraulic system without materials for off season preventive maintenance as well as crushing season breakdown maintenance. Scope of work as under: - Providing Manpower for Servicing and Maintenance of chainless diffuser Hydraulic system, consist of followings: a). Forward Motion Power pack – 1 Nos. b). Retract Motion Power pack – 1 Nos. c). Forward Motion Cylinders – 6 Nos. d). Retract Motion Cylinders – 6 Nos. e). Maintenance Hand Pump Unit – 1 Nos. Annual Maintenance of all the above listed system and cylinders and to keep them in sound working condition for running the plant. The AMC is for service only, excluding spares. Any kind of system components, spares parts, seal kits, fittings, fasteners shall be provided by HBL. Preventive Maintenance shall be carried out during off season, schedule to be finalized in concurrence with Officer in charge of HBL. Breakdown call (Minor or Major) shall be attended within 48 hrs. from the time of intimation and set right the system to working condition immediately. All breakdown calls shall be attended to as a part contract at no extra charges. Service report shall be furnished after completion of breakdown service. Necessary tools and tackles shall be arranged by HBL. Space for servicing system components and cylinders at workshop shall be arranged by HBL. Mandatory Number of Visits : 3 Nos during the AMC period, in addition to the Breakdown Visits.
