Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sq mm x 3.5 core

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded Copper conductor of size 50 sq mm x 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia for cable protection ISI marked along with all accessories conforming to IS 16205, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of servo controlled Voltage stabiliser for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled out door type with latest amendments and digital Volt meter, Ammeter and Frequency meter suitable CT's for ammeter, Voltage adjustment for increment and decrement etc with the following specifications: (a) Rated Capacity 100 KVA Out door type with IP-55 grade of protection. (b) System 03 Phase , 50Hz, AC Supply. (c) Input Voltage 360V to 480V (d) Out put voltage Set 415V(+/-)1.0% speed of correction 6V/Sec (e) Operating Line Frequency : 50 Hz (f) Type of Cooling Naturally Oil Cooled (g) Type of System Unbalanced (h) Operating Temp 20 to 50⁰ C

(i) High/Low Voltage cut off feature (j) Protection Under Voltage, Over Voltage, Phase Failure, Over Load/Short Circuit protections. M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm 7.5 meter by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: GI strip more than 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the work

Supply and fix 25 x 4 mm galvanised iron strip for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required
