Earth work in excavation of foundation structures in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, loam, clay, mud, hard red earth, shales and compacat moorum, stony earth and gravels mixed with stone boulders of size 0.014 Cum to 0.50 Cum., soling of roads, paths and hard core and macadam surfaces, lean concrete, masonry with cement or lime mortar below ground level etc. by manual or mechanical means including dressing and leveling the bed of foundation and depositing the excavated soil clear of worksite with all leads, lifts, delifts and dewatering and drainage arrangement from foundation with slush removal, shoring, shuttering and piling whenever necessay ramming, levelling and dressing the foundation bed, breaking of the clods including stacking the useful excavated materials clear of work site and back filling in foundation and plinth including mobilization & demobilization including removing bushes, stumps and any other foreign materials from the working area as well as from the foundation trenches with cost of all labour, hire and running charges of all machineries, labour welfare cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying blasted hard granite stone boulder of 30 Cm & above size from the approved quarry (other than laterite, sand stone) with free from weathered skin & other deleterious materials and providing of Dumping the stones in rip raps, spur, and slope protection works with surface packing in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and packing surface to approved profile in proper line, levels etc with fixing of wave breakers, all cost, conveyance, labour, all leads, lifts, delifts,T&P required for the work, royalty, cess including dumping in water, hire charges of boat with boatman and lunch with driver, hire and running charges of machineries, all leads, lifts, delifts handling and re-handling charges, all other incidental charges and all quality control testing charges etc as required for the work, haul roads etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Measurement to be taken in level section & 1/6th voids will be deducted from the finished level section).
