Providing Services &Mtc. of Mahindra make Generating set with AMF panel/ Control. The Services shall be done by experienced Technician in such type of job. The Gen set shall be tested twice in a month and the complaint shall be attended immediately as and when required by the department.The job includes the testing cleaning, checking of batter leads, temperature gauge, greasing of minor parts etc for proper working of the Gen Set. The job includes checking of AMF Panel testing, checking of inter-connections of the panel and cooling system of Generating Set

D.G. Set of 62.5 KVA capacity (1 No. Job)

Service of 62.5 KVA D.G. Set of Kriloskar make including changing of following parts. The job includes the cost of the parts petty material to complete the same like o-rings. Gaskets, cleaning of filter housing by scratching, cleaning with diesel oil only etc.

Lube Oil Filter 1 No. Fuel Filter 2 Nos. Air Filter 1 No. Coolant 2 Ltr.

Supply & Erection of engine oil 20-40 grade Castrol/ Valvoline for 62.5 KVA D.G set. It includes all labour & petty material required to complete the job.

Supply installation, Testing and Commissioning of 12 Volt Battery having 21 plate and 150 AH capacity after dismantling the old battery. The battery should be of Exide/ Amaron make only. The battery should be fully charged before installation. The cost includes labour and Transportation charges for completion of the job. The battery shall be guaranteed atleast one year and the date of installation shall be mentioned on the batteries with the marker duly signed by the S.O/SDE In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Engine Stop Solenoid Valve of Kriloskar make Part No. 411150300 by dismantling of the old burnt out solenoid valve in the D.G. Set and making all the necessary electrical connections which proper wiring, testing for the same.

Supply and fixing of under voltage/ over voltage relay of 12/24 Volt. A.C. Teknika make. The job includes the cost of dismantling of defective under voltage/ over voltage relay from the AMF panel with disconnecting all the electrical connections which are given to the relay and fixing of new under voltage with proper nuts and bolts and giving the necessary actions to relay.

Repair and calibration of fuel injectors of 62.5 KVA DG set Mahindra make. The job includes dismantling of injectors from the engine block and it also includes the carriage to workshop and back up to site, fixing of the repaired, calibration and testing the same on load. The job includes the cost of testing commissioning labour charges and other petty material to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

The job includes removing of defective display from the AMF panel by removing all the connection and fixing the new display by giving the all necessary connection and testing the same on auto and manual running of DG set. The job includes the cost of testing, commissioning, labour charges and other petty material to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC.
