REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF CI/DI/AC/PVC PIPE GI PIPE AT GG FORT, VALLA AND CLEANING OF OVERHEAD RESERVOIR INCLUDING DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE COMPLAINT UNDER GE AMRITSAR CANTT

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe line etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out exisitng rusted/croded PVC/Cement pipe of size 150 mm bore of any length & type including with complete fitting bailing out water if necessary all as directed.

Dismantling and taking out exisitng rusted/croded PVC/Cement pipe of size 100 mm bore of any length & type including with complete fitting bailing out water if necessary all as directed.

Dismantling and taking out exisitng rusted/croded CI pipe of size 100 mm bore spigot and socketed ends of any length & type including burning of lead/rubber joints and bailing out water of necessary all as directed. Note for Sr item No- 4 to 9 :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid sperately under item of Sch A.

Supply, laying and testing Ductile Iron pipes pressure with spigot & socket ends of 150 mm bore class K-7centrifugally cast confoRunning Metreing to IS:8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement portland cement properties suitable for push-on jointing with inside surface cement mortar lining, with internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating, duly ISI marked complete laid in trenches or under the roads, with and including tyton rubber gasket push-on joints as required at site complete all as specified and as directed Make: Electrosteel or techno equivalent make of Jindal/TATA NOTE FOR SER ITEM NO. 7 to 8 (a) Excavation & other earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

All as per ser item No. 7 above but for DI pipe of 100mm dia

Supplying & fixing DI special fitting in replacement of any size, type, radius, angle, tapers, increasing, decreasing sockets, tees, tail pieces and collars etc complete upto 200 mm dia

Taking out u/s rusted corroded PVC pipe of size 50 mm dia after cutting/unscrewing including all fittings from trenches /along walls/under roar etc complete all as specified and directed.
