SPL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT AND JOINERY WORKS AT BLDG NO P-8/440, SINGLE JCOS LIVING AND BLDG NO P-8/488 OR MESS AT PMS

Dismantling/taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster loose/unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external/internal surfaces of RCC slab(Roof surface)/RCC beam/ RCC coloumn/ RCC lintels/RCC facia/RCC chajjas etc, (upto maximum height of 10 metres from natural ground level) with power driven pneumatic chisel and including removal of debris and washing down with water to remove dust, foreign items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded complete all as spd and directed

M&L for 40 mm thick average PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in padding concrete on roof all as directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces on roof surfaces of concrete in Cement Mortar 1:3 mixing with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement and WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will measuered and paid separatly under relevant item of schedule.

M & L for providing water proofing treatment with a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (minimum), weighing not less than 3.60 kg/Sqm reinforced with polymer non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm/ Sqm) shall be applied over one coat of cold bituminious primer @ 0.40 ltr/ Sqm ( membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc, complete all as specified and directed .( Note: The overlaps shall be of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished fair and even, mixed wth water proofing compound admixture (if directed) as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will measuered and paid separatly under relevant item of schedule.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of ceiling / chajja concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.
