M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plaster surfaces walls including chajjas, facias etc. and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment preparing on old plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid, rectified, colour ceramic floor tiles (group B II), 450 mm X 350 mm X 8 mm thick in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar(1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic porcelain tiles, rustic shade ceramic floor tiles (group B Ib), area of each tile exceeding 0.12 sqm but not exceeding 0.22 sqm, length more than 340 mm but less than 460 mm, minimum 8 mm thick in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar(1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed, colour ceramic wall tiles (group B III), area of each tile exceeding 0.12 sqm but not exceeding 0.22 sqm, length more than 460 mm but less than 650 mm, minimum 10 mm thick on vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut, polished Kota stone work 20 to 25 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like including laying over 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 20 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC SWR Nahani/ Floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, dia of outlet 75 mm, water seal minimum 50 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
