Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, ISI marked for protection of LT cable , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade underground cable ISI marked including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc including taking down old unserviceable XLPE cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s): (i) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber 415V, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA (CPRI approved) conforming to relevant IS sheet with front & rear Opening, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, IP-65 Protection comprising 4 Nos copper strips each of 200 Amps, 80cm long having minimum 10cm distance from the body and between bus bars, fixed in steped way duly insulated mounted on epoxy insulators in horizontal position with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block (30cm depth below ground level and 60cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and one MCCB of 125 Amps, 16 KA 3 pole, 415V as incomer connected with bus bars by means of suitable size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers including cable glands at entry and outlet points including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils including dismantling old complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor type LT Panel Board cubical type outdoor Confirming to IS 8623/relevant IS , floor mounted factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet CPRI approved dust proof/vermin proof & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming and Outgoing MCCB, MCB and TPN copper bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar . The incoming as well as outgoing Outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. The cubicle shall have a bottom channel of size as designed by the manufacturer . A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front and back openable lockable /openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. 3 mm size XLPE adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel weather, dust and vermin proof with IP65 degree of protection including dismantling old, complete as specified and consisting the following switchgears and accessories:

(i) Bus bar made up of copper with heat shrikable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy resin based insulators, 4 strips of suitable length for current rating 250 amps. (ii) Main Incoming MCCB four pole 415 V AC, current rating160 amps adjustable type with breaking capacity 36 KA at 415V with thermal magnetic release-01 No (iii) Outgoing MCCB 415 V AC, current rating 125 amps,breaking cap 25 KA at 415 V AC = 02 Nos (iv) Outgoing MCCB 415 V AC, current rating 63 amps,breaking cap 16 KA at 415 V AC = 02 Nos (v) Digital Ammeters 96x96 mm with suitable CT ratio (vi) Phase Indiactor lamp -01 Set (vii) Digital Volt meter (viii) PCC 1:3:6 for grounting 04 legs of LT Panel 45 cm deep below GL and 30cm above GL all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge and as per manufacturer recommendation.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth pit surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, including GI strip 32 x 6 as earth lead fixed by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers etc and other end connected to the test point including 40 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel and wire mess including necessary earth work, PCC earth pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with precast RCC pit cover 80 mm thick etc all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part 1 including dismantling old, complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing LT Cable route indicator made up of cast iron and marked with LT and mounted on flat iron/angle iron of suitable sixe round writing LT Cable with back side welded flat iron including PCC block 30 x 30 x 20 cm complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for cutting existing road / PCC hard standing / pavement / drain for taking out / laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregates complete all as directed and specified.

Supply & Fixing timer switch alongwith control panel consisting of digital timer switch for automatic control of street lights for switching ON/OFF control MCB DP 40 Amps, 2 pole, 10KA, LED indicator lamp, Auto/Manual control with switch, over current protection relay, short circuit protection relay, control wiring, 240 volts, AC supply system. The DB shall be made of MS sheet 2mm thick with front openeable door and on/off switch provided on the door alongwith indicator lamps. The timer shall be mount on pole with two Nos of FI clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as directed and specified. Supply & Fixing in replacement of new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life 60 watt LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source with 100 lumens/watt colour ,temperature 5700-6500K and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10 KV built in surge protection device as light source complete all as directed and specified. Make :- Cat Part No. LSTP-60-CDL-M of Crompton or equivalent Havells/Bajaj/Philips

Supply & Fixing in replacement of thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockout for cable entry of size 200 x140x 95 mm fixing on pole / wall with MS clamps / MS flat iron ( as per site requirement) of size 25x4mm , nuts, bolts, washer and glands, including one No of MCB SP 6 Amps, 10 KA complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair 1.5 Sqmm 2 core multi-stranded armoured copper conductor, PVC insulated sheathed cable ISI marked for connecting junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 274433.00 to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
